Ohhhhhh Parcel Monkey of course it’s ok, if the courier in China says my parcels has been delivered then it MUST of been delivered!! How silly of me to have wasted the last 115 days of my life trying to get you to locate the parcel. PARCEL MONKEY I PAID PEANUTS AND GOT ???? Hello, Unfortunately we are unable to chase the courier as they have stated this item has been delivered. If you would like to take this further please make a formal written complaint addressed to: 21 Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 3TG. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. I used parcel monkey 3 times now and all went smooth. I saved some money and the service is excellent. Easy to use.

A good service although I found them expensive if I could have got to a post office I would have saved a few pounds ...... but cant fault them on this occassion

It´s a massive scam - DON´T USE! Booked through Parcelmonkey. Dropped parcel off for delivery with DPD (who are linked to Parcelmonkey - when you call DPD the automatic voicemail says to contact Parcelmonkey). Parcel never arrived in Spain (3 months since sending, said it would arrive within 3 days!). The tracking said parcel had gone from UK, to Madrid, to Barcelona, back to Madrid and was ready for delivery. Went to SEUR office in Madrid (associated with DPD) and they confirmed parcel never arrived in Spain. I wish I had have read the reviews before using them. Very dodgy, an absolute scam, not sure how their business is legal. DO NOT USE THEM TO SEND ANYTHING OVERSEAS!!!

Paid for 24 hour express for two parcels. Driver was late to pick up the parcels and only had forms for the one item. Next day only one of the parcels was delivered on time. When we chased this up we were given a poor excuse that it just didn’t make it in time despite both packages traveling the exact same route. No compensation offered. Poor service.

If there was a 0 star rating I would put it! I have never encountered such a frustrating "customer service" system in my life. There is no other way to contact them than this rediculous live chat system where you just wait for a reply and then its the same thing... that they are waiting for the courier to answer them. They have no urgency, or general care about their customers and quite frankly seem to deliberately be useless on purpose. The parcel was posted on 6th December via DPD and made it as far as the airport in the country it was destined for and I have only just had confirmation that I am at last getting my delivery cost returned. They wont pay me my £20 compensation as the item had a packet of biscuits in it which I declared as food when I booked the service. If anyone would like to read the incredibly extensive restricted list its quite fascinating and to be honest Im not sure exactly what they will agree to carry as it covers virtually everything other than a book or blank paper. The whole system is fine as long as the courier used does what it is supposed to but the moment they dont you may has well just give up as they seem to deliberately fob you off and be vague in the hope that you will just give up and not ask for a refund as you have lost the will to live at this point. The parcel has clearly been stolen yet because it had a solitary packet of digestives in it, I dont get my money back??? Parcel monkey will do anything to not compensate you and if you giving up on your claim doesnt work they just refer you to the list of everything they dont carry. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. It would have been quicker to walk to France by now and deliver it personally

Spent a fortune to book an extremely urgent delivery, 1 day from Germany to UK. On the collection day, today, guess what, no label. Since 9am this morning I have been in touch with their helpdesk. Everytime another person tells me this is now fixed and please wait for 30 min for the label. I waited 3x 30 min for the label and still nothing. Now chatting to them again, and the message is "pls wait 30 min for your label"... Insanely bad. PM6120215 EDIT: JUST RECEIVED LABEL, FOR COLLECTION IN 2 DAYS!!! I PAY A FORTUNE FOR 1 DAY DELIVERY AND THEY ONLY PICK UP IN 2 DAYS?!?!?! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

If you book for a next day collection in a rural location
They might not collect untill the following day.
Is this du to geography or delay in you getting the order to the carry ?

As a techno novice this was my easiest service from start to finish and I was able to see all movements due to the tracking service
I only gave 4 stars because there was a delay at the holding depot as tracker was showing it there for 2 days before being collected......once collected it only took 2 days to arrive in France which I thought was really good . Will definitely use this service again!

Boxes sent on time, but one of them was completely broken in a corner. Fortunately, they fixed it in the depot before sending it to Italy. And fortunately, no items were broken.

Nothing wrong with the service provided by parcel monkey but your choice of couriers is dubious! Parcelforce totally destroyed an expensive parcel shelf which was quite clearly fragile and shouldn’t be thrown, trodden on or folded in anyway. Insurance from parcel force basically requires the package to be encased in a cast iron box to be covered! Be warned!

114 days after collecting my parcel I still have no idea where it is. Parcel Monkey claim it has been delivered but have no proof of delivery. Oh a then all of a sudden they claim it was collected but have no proof of collection. I call it theft really, theft from a bunch of faceless bandits who don’t even have the balls to pick up the phone and call me......oh yeah they don’t do phones just web chat.

This was the first time we have used Parcel Monkey . Very impressed with the options and the ease of the site . The order was done on the Friday and picked up by Parcel Force on the Monday afternoon. They delivered it in Scotland the following day . We paid extra for the tracking option so we’ll pleased .e

Booking a collection to send a package to the USA was simple enough - but it all went downhill after. My package hadnt appeared to move from the sorting hub for days so I was concerned. Parcel Monkey say to contact them with any problems before contacting the courier, but this is next to useless. I messaged them and they said theyd contact Parcel Force and let me know what was going on, and hours went by without a response. I went back to them and they said they still hadnt heard anything. So I called Parcel Force myself - immediate answer, really helpful, now know whats happening. It makes you wonder if Parcel Monkey really try to help you or do what they say theyre doing. Will not use again.

Stayed in all day for a collection arranged by parcel monkey. No possibility of specific time slot. Collection did not turn up no email no message. No ability to contact collection company only parcel monkey. They did reschedule for the following day. But not a great service.
