Nice early pickup by a friendly gentleman. Seemed to take a while from leaving export and getting to Zurich but could have been due to weekend. Not a fault of parcel monkey. Have used several times and always happy with service.

Don’t use them!!! You never talk to the same person twice when it all goes wrong and the only contact is via email Firstly, I paid for a next day pallet collection, it took nearly two weeks to show up, when it eventually, the courier had removed them off the pallet and had the items sliding around the back of a van. It took me over a month to get a refund for their service Secondly they will not pay for the damage that they clearly caused Stay clear of them! There are plenty of other companies out there

Only problem was not being able to check up on when package would be collected or track it which I was told I would be able to do. Otherwise delivery was quick.

Everything easy to understand except the placing of the customs declaration. As a private individual I dont have access to clear document envelopes. Used a plastic bag and sellotape. Parcel was delivered without a problem.

Dreadful, paid for 48 hour delivery to France. It sat at the collection centre for 24 hours, finally got collected and because by then the weekend got in the middle it arrived after a total of 6 days

AVOID like the plague!!!!!! This company is completely useless, unhelp and total liars!! The reason they say dont get in touch with the courier they will do it for you, is so you dont know that they arent booking collections onto the couriers and so you think its the courier not fulfilling their side of the delivery. Parcel Monkey have completely ruined MY COMPANIES FIRST EVER DELIVERY and almost destroyed a good courier name at the same time. Pay that bit more and go straight to the courier not through these incompetent time wasters. Luckily I know the courier they had apparently booked and rang them to see what was happening if it wasnt for them I would still be waiting for collection. Booked it for Monday 26/02/2018 had a day off work never turned up, online form is rubbish and dead animals move faster than their replies to the online chat!!! Repeatedly told will be collected 27/02/2018 and to stay in again 8am to 6pm!!! I then rang courier direct to be told no nothing is booked and nothing booked for tomorrow either!!! So it would have cost over £60 to post the item then two days wage nearly £200 to post ONE item, the courier themselves are not that expensive AVOID AVOID AVOID And cancelling a delivery what a joke, you have to cancel it through the online chat, which no one replies too!!!! So getting a refund is going to be interesting!!!! Save yourself the hassle and time and use someone else.

Very simple to use and book. However why advertise and charge for a service that you can’t deliver. Should have been 2-3 day to Italy - taken 5 working days. Poor.

Failed to pick up my parcel twice in Dubai then just ignored me. Various promises broken without batting an eyelid. No accountability, no offer of refund, no service recovery plan whatsoever. Request for senior review also ignored. Searching for Parcel Monkey reviews online reveals a disturbing number of similar experiences. Have passed on my experiences to local trading standards officers.

I am very disappointed. One parcel is 3rd week waiting to bein collected without success. 1st time when I ordered the collection nobody realised that it was not collected. I was complaining and got the answer that "more then 5 working days passed beter to cancel the order". What was funny because the collection was ordered to Tuesday and I was complaining on Saturday. I was able to rebook the collection time. But the box was still here. Finally I asked to cancel the collection and for refound. I booked again the same box to collect and it is still here. The other disappointment is that every time I got the same chematic answer and it seems nobody want to deal with the parcel. When I complained directly to the carrier the told me to ask PM. I am not satisfied with the customer care and the way of complain handling as it seem does not exist.

When the carrier fails to collect your parcel you are on your own. Parcel monkey have no customer service number and have no interest in helping

I have used this service a few times fir large items, Art, it is always accurate on pick up and delivery.
The online site is straightforward and Im going to be a regular customer!
