Delivery was damaged, had to refund the customer £350. Informed parcel Monkey after 1 day, their first email apologised, then did not receive another email. Logged in a week later and it said that I only had 7 days to fill out their claim form and that time was passed! This was after paying for additional insurance. Terrible service, unhelpful aggressive customer support. Avoid at all costs!

Apparently parcel wasnt available yet no attempt to collect was made. When using live chat there was ten minute plus gaps between them replying and were not helpful at all. Paid for next day delivery and the parcel was collected a week later than it should have been delivered. Would not recommend, very unhelpful and no customer service skills at all

Excellent service. Very easy to book it online and take to the post office. Other couriers were quoting over 3 times the amount I paid with Parcelforce.

I paid for 24 hour delivery and expect the parcel to be delivered in 24 hours, instead it took 72 hours (excluding the Sunday) and meant that I had no materials for a very important meeting and thus lost money and reputation. I was unable to track the parcel either as it was sent out to an external delivery company whereby it is not possible to track the delivery. This obviously added more stress as I did not know if it would arrive on time etc. Not impressed at all.

I would recommend you to anyone who needs a parcel quickly. Mine arrived in 2 days. A lot quicker then most Royal .Mail parcels do, they often take 4+ days.

I was never told Parcel Monkey would send my stuff with Courier, which meant as I was sending a box of personal belongings from UK to Costa Rica that I would be charged a substantial fee when my package arrived.

Had collection on Monday with an estimated 2-3 day delivery. Its Sunday and parcels still not delivered. I understand its Easter but no information given. I logged a query with online chat and they said they would chase and email update - nothing so far. Just want an estimated date to ensure someone is home.

The lazy French delivery guys AGAIN failed to deliver. Postcode, name of the region, family name, village name, all details were correct and the same as the last time. Last time I had to intervene with the Parcel Monkey customer service. This helped. This time I want my money back.
