Great service.
But I would like to recommend to contact the pick up station and delivery point 30mins before arrivals. As you dont end up loosing s day waiting for pick-up or delivery.

It depends on which courier you book. UK Mail for me have been the best. The others are hit and miss. And when they are a miss, dont expect much from parcel monkey or the courier, your only option is to rebook for missed collection, once i had 3 failed pickups in a row. Parcel Force recently picked up my parcel but the tracking showed a missed collection. So i raised a query with them but not got any response at all. So really depends on which courier you book. UK Mail for me from now on.

Fantastic service on both sides of the channel.
I cannot fault this service it is easy to use, the pickup delivery men are polite, helpful and efficient and the cost is reasonable.

Terrible! I paid £35 they haven’t collected the item yet. Been two weeks and they don’t respond to emails. They don’t have a customer services phone number so can’t chase this up. Very bad!!!

Parcel not collected. Despite being organised a week before. No contact number to speak with a representative. No availability over the weekend. Huge inconvenience. Competitive pricing but not worth the saving.

More than 24 hours after I have paid I have still not received any shipping labels. Notification that there is a problem with the address, even though it is a registered business address. Customer Service chat unhelpful, automated replies then just telling me to raise a support ticket which I had already done. There is no phone number to call, this company and website is very frustrating if there is a problem. It is impossible to have a dialogue to find out the exact nature of the problem and then resolve it quickly.

Poor experience. Parcel has not been collected. Two days waiting from 8.30 to 6pm, very inconvenient. The online helpline polite and updated me accurately - but the courier service just didnt work.

Shocking customer care and service.. we paid £47 for a next day postage which turned up 4 days later and I requested a refund as our customer last a few days work which in turn we have now lost a customer in our shop also Asked for a refund which was rejected as was not over the 5 day period apparently whats the point of paying for next day if its not and surely a refund is not much to ask for WILL NOT BE USING PARCEL-MONKEY AGAIN

Failed to pick up item and no phone call to let me know they were not coming. Re-booked for two days later and still have not bothered turning up or contacting me. No reply to a complaint email either. Requested a refund, the only response I got was saying that it would be refunded in 5 days, no acknowledgement or apology for the poor service. Monkeys could do a better job than this lot.
