Fantastic Service
Having Shopped around I decided on Parcel Monkey, mainly because I had heard of them in the past. They gave me a very competitive quote to deliver a guitar in a hard case. Naturally, I was concerned, given the fragility of the package. My friend took the parcel to his local post office in the UK and stuck on the printed out labels.
From collection on Thursday afternoon, the guitar turned up in perfect condition on the following Tuesday morning. What a service!

Terrible customer service, delivered 2 parcels at the wrong address via Parcelforce. neither parcel force nor parcel monkey will take accountability. I have been chasing them for 3 days to arrange for the parcels to be swapped, but they wont until I can prove it was their error. I have had the recipients send phots of the parcels with address etc. on and this still is not good enough. I have even offered to pay for them to be swapped until the matter can be resolved, but this is not possible either for some reason. I have spoken to over 6 different people in 3 days all wanting the same information over and over without reviewing my case properly. I should have know not to use them again after the first time when they damaged a parcel and even though I paid for the insurance they wouldnt pay out, told me my delivery charge would be refunded and surprise surprise this still hasnt happened either. What do I need to do to get an answer from these people or get in touch with them, they are refusing to give me a phone number and completely avoiding the question when asked. Stay far far away. I paid for a parcel to be delivered in 2-3 days but now 7 days later it still hasnt been delivered. I have contacted DPD about this but had no reply. Not impressed at all!

Terible service after three weeks nobody know where my parcel is. There is no telephone number. All the time message repeat in my email without and justification. I am not happy at all and I suggest nobody use this service at all

The whole process of selecting a courier was simple and straightforward. Internet communication was accurate, label printing was easy. My parcel was collected and delivered within the expected time spans.

Parcel not collected on day notified, when I contacted help via chat I was told the next date for collection was 3 days away and to "keep chat open for the day while they investigated" clearly chat doesnt stay open....no further contact from Parcel Monkey. Parcel collected 24 hours later than notification, driver didnt sign forms.

Alot cheaper than other services...same day pickup is a bit crazy..when your waiting for the labels to get to ur inbox but 30mins and they are ready to print.. Great service!!
48Hrs pracel force service 26kg parcel for 13GBP odd.. Is a great price.. All tracked.. Sent parcel from midlands to Ireland no issues

I am disappointed with the service in Hungary as its the second time i am sending a parcel and everytime it says insufficient address.. The address is exact but for some reason it takes 8 days to receive it.. I hope next time i dont have this kind of problem,,,

The parcel sent to a friend in France and had been forced open. 2 pots of face cream had been taken out of their boots boxes and some of the contents removed. Then placed back in the box. Parcel monkey treated me with total disdain and said the parcel had not been properly packed. They assumed I was an *****. Well this ***** will never use this totally untrustworthy company again.

The worst service I have ever used. I ordered collection from my house and 2 days past without any collection. Changed my service to drop off and did it myself but they didnt make that easy either. They also tell you not to contact the courier directly because theyll do it for you. They dont do anything and the courier was a fantastic help when I contacted them directly! Never using again

Sad to say I had to give Parcel Monkey 1 star so i can post a review. If you make a claim (for a damaged delivery for example), they will argue that you have not supplied enough information, even when it has been supplied within the required time frame. If you are the recipient who makes the claim, and not the sender, they will not contact the sender to let them know. I fell foul of this. The recipient did all they could and were then told claim had expired. There is no goodwill, no support or advice to help make a claim, and they seem happy to let customers down. Even though Parcel Force was the service I booked through Parcel Monkey, you have to deal with Parcel Monkey for any claim as it is the company you have the contract with for delivery. My advice is book with the courier direct, may cost more but the customer service is far superior as they obviously care about their customers and their brand. I cannot say the same for Parcel Monkey.
