I MUST SAY... THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED THE CARRIER. ????SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC????.
I PLACED THE ORDER FOR *SAME DAY DELIVERY* AROUND 3:00am IN THE MORNING.
THE CARRIER ARRIVED JUST BEFORE 9:00am AND MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER.
I EVEN RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AROUND 4:00am TO CONFIRM WHEN THE CARRIER WOULD ARRIVE TO PICK UP THE PARCEL.

Was soooo easy to use just measured my parcels appropriate weight and up came the best price for courier, perfect service. Even using the reduced cost of printing my own labels these were sent within 30 mins and same day collection.

Terrible Customer Service. Goods damaged by courier and they would not issue a refund. Their excuse was that the photos from the Company that received the goods werent detailed enough (which they patently were)

I liked the notification of the collection time. The actual time was later, maybe due to traffic, so it would have been helpful for the driver to let me know. Otherwise, I can,t fault the service. The package was delivered quickly and safely, and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again

Used this service twice for deliveries to Norway - 1st time at Xmas no problems Door to Door within in 8 days - Great Service The last delivery there were issues with the delivery not being delivered to the addressee and they had to collect from a parcel shop over 2 weeks after it had been collected from my local post office The communication from Parcel Monkey could have been better as the parcel was held at the Parcel Shop for over 7 days until we knew clearly that it had to be collected.

Absolutely brilliant. Picked up my parcel afternoon Monday and delivered it to Denmark (in thecountryside) Wednesday morning. So pleased as it was birthday presents for grandson.

The box arrived within 5 working days (collection in UK on Monday and delivered in Rome, Italy, on Friday), however the box was not intact when it was delivered. The content had not been touched, which is the main thing. Id still recommend it.

Pick up by Parcel Force was one day late, but no matter, everything was smooth as clockwork after that. Easy to access all the tracking and no complications. Even delivered one day earlier that expected. Previous time the DPD driver wouldnt put his identity label on because PM had a bar code on their label and the result was I couldnt track it at all.
This time, however, all went perfectly. Improved systems which worked!
