Mostly fine - used many times and generally good service. On this occasion, parcel was actually quite badly damaged in several places, so not sure what happened to it on the way, Luckily contents were fine.

Who the feck wants to open an account to simply track your delivery. Bollox of a site, no phone number. Everything points you back to "open an account or log in " page. Get with the plan you antiquity named monkeys! Parclefore, royal mail, Courier, UPS, all lets you track your incoming parcel without opening an account...

WORST COMPANY EVER! They did not send my parcels they lost it. They want to give the minunim of insurance that does not cover even the price of my bag. Most of my belongs are there . I tried mediation i did not an answer , i tried FAO manager not an answer. WORST customer service ever!!!!! no direct email or phone. DO NOT use this company!!!!! i want a compesation for the stress and the time lost because their small letter block all type of material lost. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are robbers and disonest.

This was due for collection 2 days ago and still hasnt been collected. Communication is terrible so I dont know what is happening. All I get is "be assured that if it isnt collected today is will automatically be collected the next day" but no confirmation of anything. The "tracking" service just says it is "not available at this time" and I am beginning to wonder if this will ever happen. Poor, poor service.

Shocking Service. We used parcel monkey to deliver seven appliances for us. They managed to damage 5 of them by smashing the glass braking the handles and denting the appliances in several places. Unsurprisingly our claims were unsuccessful due to a clause in there terms and conditions. We have received the parcels back and the state is ridiculous, we have had to dispose of over £2,000 worth of stock and no one at parcel monkey is bothered or apologized. It clearly is normal for there delivery services to absolutely destroy packages. I will never ever use there service again. If any one wants to have a laugh feel free to contact me for pictures of the ovens, the state of them is laughable they have clearly been thrown about several times and used as a trampoline. Absolute joke of a company.

I booked a next day delivery for a parcel held at a commmercial property on a trading estate - over the course of 9 days and 3 rearranged collections no explanation was given at all. A refund was offered however this takes A further 3-5 working dats Parcel monkey receive 1 star because I couldn’t submit zero stars !

I hired Parcel Monkey to ship a package from California to Bulgaria. They lost the package, valued at $700 US. It took over six of repeated contacts and attempts to even get Parcel Monkey to admit that the package was lost, but finally they did. They acknowledged that the loss should be covered under the insurance I had purchased from them under the original shipping contract, and requested that I send them proof of the items value and a picture. I sent both immediately, and Parcel Monkey confirmed, in writing, that the insurance claim was valid and that they had received the required proof. That was two months ago, and I still havent been paid, or even had any estimate as to when theyll be paying. For a while the responded to my inquiries by telling me the matter was still under investigation, but my last two messages to them havent received any responses at all. It does not take months to process a lost package claim, especially after a company has confirmed the claims validity in writing. Parcel Monkey routinely takes days or weeks to respond to customer service messages, and their responses are typically a nonsensical runaround or more delays. I can not ethically recommend use of their services to anyone.

We paid for a next day delivery (ordered Tuesday for collection Wednesday, delivery Thursday), they courier who I believe was UK mail turned up to collect on Wednesday of the following week. We had to rush the parcel to send with Parcel Force Wednesday evening when the courier didnt turn up.

This would be a great service if the couriers they worked with did their jobs. We tried shipping from the UK to Germany. The parcel did not arrive when it shoudl have and, worse still, the delivery agent in Germany, GLS, misrepresented what they did with the parcel -- we only found it by asking Parcel Monkey to track it down over and over again. The whole process took two days (and was really stressful). I have to say that the Parcel Monkey staff were nice, polite, and helpful, but that doesnt make up for that fact that Parcel Monkey has contracted with a delivery service that doesnt do its job. We would have preferred to have no interaction with customer service and have just know the parcel was delivered according to contract.

THE WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY IN THE UK BY MILES!!!!!! Organised a collection days before prior to the pick up. No heads up the driver wasnt going arrive that day, there werent sorry & there customer service team is being so slow to respond & rectify this! Was meant to be collected by DPD Put some how Parcel Monkey mucked it up. Would recommend going straight to the Logistics company!!!
