Pick up by Parcel Force was one day late, but no matter, everything was smooth as clockwork after that. Easy to access all the tracking and no complications. Even delivered one day earlier that expected. Previous time the DPD driver wouldnt put his identity label on because PM had a bar code on their label and the result was I couldnt track it at all.
This time, however, all went perfectly. Improved systems which worked!

The first time the Parcel Force fella called he didnt wait very long for an answer..my wife was in and was surprised the postcard was in the box saying hed been...after a phone call he did come back and the parcel arrived in good condition later the next day - Thanks

Never had to use a service like this previously. Glad to say it was easy, straight forward and simple to do. Everything went as planned. If I need to send a return parcel again, I will use this service again

Waited 2 days for pickup in the end I took the parcel to Cardiff. Round trip of 38miles +. Did not get home until 7.30pm because of the traffic. The parcel was shipped by DPD to Rep Ireland. It was Urgent thats why I chose DPD. Not happy. This is the second carrier to not pick up. UK Mail the other one.

Second time used in 4weeks to send parcel to Singapore. Truly excellent service , dropped off on the Saturday and delivered on the Wednesday .

Used parcel monkey for the first time and saved £10 for the insured postage of my parcel compared to Royal Mail. They collected from my house, attached a label and delivered next day, that’s value and service. Will be using these guys again no question

easy website to get around and sort out price etc. Entered detail of parcel, £ quoted. Set collect date and delivery date , paid and all went as projected.
Will certainly use them again.

I had been pleased with service until I realised payment had been taken three times, which was very concerning but I thought may simply be a genuine glitch in their system but it prompted me to check reviews. Almost immediately I saw a review complaining about an identical triple payment. So it begs the question...is this deliberate fraudulent activity or just a very poor payment system ? and how extensive are these overpayments.?

They have no phone number to call them and the online agents only quote the website to you. Despite claiming they can ship large items, they insist on a cardboard box, which isnt the most appropriate shipping packaging for larger or heavier parcels. I tried to cancel my order but the courier came anyway. The courier company then said they would prefer the way we had packaged it and didnt want a cardboard box as it was inappropriate packaging. Ill just go straight to the couriers they hire in the future and save myself the hassle.

Daughter lives in Australia and been posting with Royal MAIL for 9 years.Came to Parcel Monkey and found you very efficient.Cost wise excellent.Delivery time very quick.Pick up at my home and gets to Australia in less than a week.Great service would recommend to anyone.Another parcel to Oz next week.

I used Parcel Monkey to arrange the collection of a parcel in South Africa and to deliver it to me in London: a fairly straightforward process. It was booked for this past Monday, five days ago. I have had no communication at all, and when I contacted the person in South Africa, my documents have not been collected.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SHAM. They advertise, and charge extra for, next day delivery but then in their small print they state that next day actually means within 5 days. My parcel was collected from Doncaster as arranged for delivery to Leicester. It was moved to Sheffield which is generally in the right direction but then transferred to Carlisle where it sat for 3 days before finally being delivered on the 5th day. Got no satisfaction whatsoever from the company. Then to top it all. they took payment from my bank account 3 times but did not have the ability to check this and asked me to provide proof. Having done this it has still not been refunded after over a week. I wouldnt touch this company again with a barge pole.

Can you please open a support ticket with the subject FAO Manager so we can get the payments refunded. As you may well remember, Carlisle experienced severe snowfall in early March that caused disruption across the courier network. Please accept our apologies for the delay but I trust you understand either we or the couriers themselves couldnt do anything about this.

I chose the deal where I dont need a printer but after I paid I was sent an email with a warning that if I dont print, driver might refuse to collect, so I had to go and find myself a printer and do it which is very inconvenient. A day late with pick up and 3 days late with delivery, for no obvious reason. Extremely hard to get in touch with customer service and when I did, they didnt solve my problem. I was overcharged. Courier used was DPD.
