Absolutely shocking service. Missed collection for three days in a row. None or late response which is not solving anything. I am a small business that relies on prompt and cost-efficient deliveries. I used parcel monkey three times so far - once goods were delivered ok, the second time with a considerable delay, third time (during a pick up abroad) the details were not communicated correctly to the local courier who in turn shouted at my client for giving him the wrong parcel! (they were told to collect documents and not the parcel - despite declaring contents on the invoice!) This time the goods are waiting the third day to be collected but parcel monkey is unable to resolve it. Every attempt of sending a message results with a response from yet another person, who has no clue and doesnt solve anything. there is nobody who would ring me to resolve it and I have no other way of contacting them but by sending a message. HORRENDOUS AND DEEPLY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE!

I choose parcel monkey from doing continuous research on Google as too the best way for sending a parcel from UK to USA. Not only is their site easy to use, but they are considerably cheaper than any other site. This did make me doubtful initially, but all paperwork and labels were supplied and printable. The choice of having drop off or collection is great. I done drop off for a 10kg parcel to USA, dropped of on a Thursday afternoon and was delivered in the USA by Monday morning. Fully tracked from start to finish and for such a large bulky parcel was great. The only criticism I had was the recepient was informed from the minute the parcel was scanned which took the surprise element away from it. Although except that one criticism, the service was great.

Went all smooth and parcel arrived without delays.
All these patcel booking companies are ok until you need to contact them and that is when you understand the difference between them. My previous parcel was sent with Parcel2Go. I paid extra fee for delivering on time. The parcel was delayed, I tried to contact them and then I realized how underground they are - it could be me but I couldnt find a way yo contact them.
So from now on I will be usung ParcelMonkey

Excellent price, using DPD who are also excellent, about half the price Royal Mail would charge. Recipient also had them deliver to a Currys, making it very easy to pick up. Brilliant all round and could not be happier.

Although parcel monkey is a great site to compare delivery costs, I was disappointed when an item had been paid for to collect and no one turned up (yes it is down to the provider I chose but Parcel Monkey were not helpful when trying to track down why the parcel was not collected. Would have liked some support.

Unacceptable experience. Ive sent two luggages the 6th of july, but only one has arrived. They lost the other one. Ive asked them help for a month and in the end they said they cannot offer any compensation against the claim I raised. Worst experience ever. I absolutely dont recommend this company

They let me down twice big time. My parcel was due for collection on Friday 10 August, they didnt bother to turn up. Then I was rescheduled for Monday, then for Tuesday and it still wasnt collected for shipment. I had to cancel and I hope I get my money back.
