ILLEGAL IMMORAL AND UTTERLY AWFUL. DO NOT USE Parcel Monkey refused to submit a claim for a missing parcel, (which is still showing "in transit" on the DPD website 9 months later), because I raised the claim more than 10 days after expected delivery date (I raised it about 20 days later because I was abroad and parcels to Australia can take some time, irrespective of the published delivery dates). However Parcel Monkeys T&C which state that claims must be made within 10 days of delivery date are unenforecable. They are in breach Section 57 of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 - Liability that cannot be excluded or restricted” subsection 4: make such a right or remedy or its enforcement subject to a restrictive or onerous condition". However Parcel Monkey is refusing to acknowledge my statutory rights and continue to insist that their T&C prevail. BEWARE: there is also another hidden condition under an unrelated clause (Cancel Services) which states that "under no circumstances" can I contact the carrier directly. Given Parcel Monkey points me directly to the Carrier website to track my package, this is again totally unenforceable. They are fraudulent scammers who are providing zero service, while believing they can hide behind unenforceable T&C.

I use the drop off at a store service and even though I dropped the parcel off at 11am the driver had already collected so the parcel didnt get collected until the next day. I will use UPS drop off service in future as they collect from stores up to 3pm.

Spent 2 days at home waiting for the DRIVER, WHO NEVER TURNED UP. They do not even give you a window of one hour expecting you to stay at home from 9 am to 6 pm. Communication with the office is totally pointless as they just keep sending you the same copy-and-paste reply: collection arranged between 9 am and 6 pm. We know that already, thanks! They either employ machines or very unwilling to do anything people. After they have failed to collect twice, I have requested a refund. Funny enough no one bothered to apologise for the inconvenience caused or explain why they failed to do the job.

Can’t fault this service. 2 consignments of 4 boxes. 1 picked up Tuesday the other picked up Thursday both arrived safe on Tuesday from uk to Spain and there was a Spanish bank holiday in this period. Brilliant service.

This is the first time I have used PM and so far I am impressed with the service. A parcel sent to Australia took just seven days door to door and for a very reasonable price, including full tracking to boot, The extra insurance was five pounds cheaper than my usual service, What`s not to like.
I will certainly be using them again.
