Organised for my parcel to be collected in London for shipping to Melbourne. Parcel collected and then inexplicably rejected for a reason that no-one at PM can tell me. (It contains clothes and shoes, personal belongings). They dont know where my parcel is, why it was rejected, when it will be found, who has it or what happened. Despite repeated pleas to speak to them, they wont give out a telephone number! It has now been almost 2 weeks and still no resolution and I keep being asked to wait for the courier to respond. I cant seem to make a claim or get a refund and they have already charged my account. It has been a very stressful and upsetting experience as that case contains personal belongings from someone who recently died and it is all I have left of them. So disappointing and unacceptable. I will taking my case to the Ombudsman and Small Claims court!

DPD failed to attend for the first collection. We then re-requested the collection - but they failed to show again. Checking direct with DPD shows you have never processed the request to them. Consequently, urgent time sensitive materials have failed to meet a deadline, causing immeasurable difficulties for our business. Small businesses rely on efficient partners and your careless and poor service have left us disappointed, stressed and out of pocket. Not the first time we have had problems with using the service but we have always given benefit of the doubt. We wont again.

Parcel monkey is a super easy way to send parcels that are even collected from your door. I sent a parcel to South Africa that Royal Mail take 12 weeks to deliver and it was there in less than a week! Brilliant.

I have used at least 5 parcel brokers for my business and currently use Parcelmonkey. They are not the cheapest, but far more reliable than UKMail at collecting. Parcel2Go lost my parcels and would not compensate. Too many losses and damage with Interparcel. Hence I use Parcelmonkey, as best in group.

NEVER use their isurance! Wont cover, we had a well packed parcel coming back & furth between UK & DK three times as the courier didnt want to take it up the stairs to a disabled man! Then it was totally smashed, looked deliberately smashed! So I tried to get insurance and spent A LOT of time sending pics back & forth & writting, eventually it was not covered and parcelmonkey just lied and said it wasnt packed well enough, it was indeed extremely well packed! RUDE costumer "serice" !

Parcels arent collected on time. Parcels arrive in a terrible state. Not looked after, thrown around without any care. And you are expensive.

Parcel monkey are excellent! However, once the parcel has arrived in the u.s tracking becomes very difficult. I have waited 3 days as to date with no update as to where my parcel is.

You - Parcel Monkey - did quite well. This is the first time Ive used you, and will do again. But DPD are pretty disappointing. They didnt always pick up as soon as Id expected. And their tracking system is a joke. A lot of the time their website said it "couldnt display tracking details at this time". And when it did display information it was very confusing - one parcel to Spain said it was at their Barcelona depot; then the following day there was no mention of Barcleona and the tracking said it was in the UK awaiting dispatch. Another said a parcel had gone from York and was at their Southampton depot - which seemed odd since the delivery address was north Wales. And another parcel was shown as collected from my local pick up at 1500 hrs, and then at their Southampton depot 6 hours earlier - which it couldnt have been because 1500 hours is when I dropped it off for collection. Perhaps you need to tell DPD to get their house in order ? So although Ill use Parcel Monlkey again, I wont be using DPD

Found site easy to use.Recommended by a friend and checked couriers and prices and actually ended up using cheapest option.Prices varied from approx £15 to £32.Parcel arrived on time no problems.Very useful as finding a courier can be a minefield.Would use the site again.

Parcel force didn’t even come to pick up my parcel, despite leaving clear instructions on parcel monkey website. Customer service at parcel force unhelpful and stated this was parcel monkey customer service who needs to deal with this and I can’t even get an answer on that number. 11 quid wasted and won’t use them again.

Shockingly poor service! I have been charged twice for a parcel that was never collected or delivered via Parcel Monkey, ended up using Royal Mail. twenty days on and I am still fighting to get both delivery charges refunded. Customer service is poor!

Looked on a few different company sites for prices but Parcel Monkey was the best price that I found . Very straight forward to booking everything and parcel was collected the next day ( I didnt book it till 9.30pm ? ). First time I have used them but I will definately use them again.

I had sent a thick kenwood blender with UK mail. I packed it very secure with packaging and bubble wrap.. Yet it was smashed when it got to the other side. UK mail does not guarantee glass. So no claims for me. I dont know wat force it took to break that thing. And it makes me think wat the parcels in general go trough. I wont be using this service ever again.
