terrible, the courier did not come on the day i booked. He reported to his company he left a card and did try to collect. He did not, the collection was delayed for 3 days. terrible

I do apologise on behalf of the courier for the late collection. Here at Parcel Monkey, we take your order and then pass it onto the courier that you chose upon booking in an automated process.
Therefore, we do not handle your parcel and do not make the collections. The collections are made by the courier you chose via our quote engine.
If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to open a support ticket via your Parcel Monkey account.

not the fast service offered - delivered to PO Thursday, picked up on the Friday and left in Inverness over the weekend - ok not working days - delivered in France on Thurs - so in fact took a week not 3/4 days.......unfortunately things in the box were needed on the thurs when my family flew to UK - so little disappointed - however lesson learned DO NOT POST PARCEL ON A FRIDAY.......also not the cheapest for drop off - may try other sites this week as have another box to deliver.....

parcel took almost a week to get there on dpd 24 hour and sustained damage paid insurance but still waiting for compensation jumped through all the hoops with emails and photos !!!

Would deffenitly recommend, parcel arrived safely , the only thing I would say is a text message system for when they are perhaps an hour away would be great as I work nights

Picked up the parcel an hour before their states time to do so, lucky I was home! And I was charged extra due to THEIR electronic machine to measure size and weight! They said my parcel was 10kg heavier than stated?? Not sure how that happend as it was in original box unopened with the weight printed on it from the company who delivered to me!!!!

My parcel has now be with the local DPD courier since 9th April "awaiting further instruction from the sender". As I cant contact DPD directly, Im reliant on ParcelMonkey to try and resolve this but they just dont seem to care. They have said they will look into my issue. However, all their customer services do is repeat the same thing rather than actually trying and sort it out.Here are their responses.... 16/04 I hereby acknowledge the receipt of your message and forward your concern and we will inform you should there be any updates from the courier. 17/04 Please be advised that this specific request has already been brought up to the attention of the involved courier. 19/04 Please be advised that the local agents will contact you regarding your request. 22/04 We understand the urgency and importance of this parcel to you. This has been brought up to the attention of the courier once again. Once we hear back from them, we will let you know right away. 25/04 Please be advised that we have re-chased the carrier regarding your parcel and as soon as we have an update we will contact you directly.

The negative reviews, 16%, are so bad that I wouldn’t trust this company. A friend mine tried to use them, she paid in advance but they never collected the package and won’t refund the money.
