Champion service will use again and again

Having booked a collection on Sunday 21st October for 22nd October - I am still waiting for this collection. I have rebooked and even had the courier collect another parcel and say "I get paid more to come back". I even booked a different courier in the hope that 1 courier would turn up Friday. Spoke to customer service several times. Still no collection as promised again today!!! Then they just cut off the live chat, no comments at all. Unacceptable to wait 8 days have booked 5 collections and still to get 1. Not to mention days waiting in. I have nothing better to do than wait!

Very impressed with Parcel Monkeys service. First time user. Affordable and reliable. Collected 2 large boxes from Newtownabbey, Co Antrim and delivered to London the next day. Excellent service

Consignment of 2 parcels..one went to customer in London and was smashed to bits(2 oak legs 350mm by 40mm broken). The other parcel on the same order was sent for some reason , to Bristol ?? ! Incompetence on a spectacular scale with no redress.. I will be avoiding both Parcel monkeys and the parcel monkeys at Parcel force in future !

Terrible company. Their next day service is a con. They NEVER collect the parcels until the day after they are supposed to but never offer a refund or even an apology. Just let you down constantly. You have been warned - DO NOT use this company if you have any anything remotely urgent. This is my third time of booking next day delivery and the third time they have not turned up. I even chased today to make sure they would come (before 1.00pm) and they still cant chase it and get it to be collected before tomorrow.

I sent 3 parcels weighing 1.2kg, 1.2kg and 3.7kg respectively but got an extra charge from Parcel Monkey saying one of my 1.2kg parcels really weighed 6.5kg. I dispute this vigorously! I think that the weight is wrongly all 3 parcels added together as the drop-off point logged them all under one job and only gave me one tracking reference. But for an extra £2.19 charge I cannot waste time sorting this out. But my next parcel went by post office (which was cheaper).

Excellent service and for an excellent price!!
I would recommend Parcel Monkey whenever I have the opportunity as it makes postage charges affordable, whilst giving the same good service,
especially for those heavier parcels.

Absolute joke! Paid for a next day delivery, failed collection, live chat fobbed me off, ended up contacting parcelforce myself who advised they only received the collection request the day after it should have been collected! Parcel monkey not bothered about letting customers down happy to take the order and monkey but there live chat is a joke

Had not heard of them prior to looking for a courier. Website was intuitive and easy to use. Excellent range of couriers including reputable ones e.g. Parcelforce that I eventually went with. Just a reminder to other users - remember to check the exclusions for insurance for each individual courier; many did not have appropriate insurance for my item, but I chose to take that risk. Overall would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Parcel Monkey did its part very well. The price was very competitive and arranging the service was very simple with efficient electronic communication keeping me up to date on progress.
My only gripe was that Parcel Monkey was let down by Parcel Force. They took 72 hours to deliver on a guaranteed 48 hour delivery service despite the fact that I dropped the parcel off at a distribution centre.
I will use these guys again!

Sent 3 parcels so far using Parcel Monkey. The prices quoted are excellent compared to the local post office and I have the option of having the parcel collected from home. Compared to other companies, additional insurance cover quotes are very reasonable. Have only given 4 stars because of issues with ParcelForce (on both occasions) where the driver turned up without consignment labels and DHL missing their stated parcel collection time so collected the following day. All the parcels arrived and were easy to track via the Parcel Monkey website so I guess thats all that really matters!!

Worst experience ever online. Facts are these: - I cancelled collection after they had not picked up 5days past original collection date - PM failed to communicate with courier and 7 days late from the original collection date parcel was mistakenly collected. - Only feedback from Parcel monkey customer service was “We can confirm that we have contacted the courier and will come back to you with an update. They never did, took me to chase every day. Finally blamed me for a 3rd party releasing the package to the courier i’d cancelled with PM. Not once was a solution offered or apology offered. Shocking service from Megan, Monica, Tanya and everyone that i passed to throughout.

The courier was friendly and efficient when he collected our packages but unfortunately dropped one. He said it would be okay as it happened outside, I took this to mean I wouldnt be liable for any damage as these are items we are returning.

Quite simply beyond belief. I had a mattress collected 25 days ago, paid circa £150 for next day delivery and have received nothing. Took days off my work to wait in for delivery – there was no communication, despite both the courier and Parcel Monkey having my telephone number/details. As a business, we’ve used Parcel Monkey many a time for package deliveries without issue. The problem arises if your parcel decides to go walkies – Parcel Monkey are powerless and have no set escalation procedure in place. They will simply message the courier and tell you they’ll get back to you when there’s a reply. I’ve been chasing for 25 days and still have no mattress or sign of either. I’m pregnant and getting more and more uncomfortable - which was the whole reason I got this mattress….that was almost a month ago. I’ve explained this countless times and have had the same answer each time – “it’s been raised with the courier and we will get back to you once we have an answer”. I asked how long the courier is given before it’s declared as lost – again no simple answer. They will not declare it lost until the courier has confirmed – the courier seems to be in no rush, with no escalation process either. I also wrote to Parcel Monkeys customer service team – again no answer. On the back of this we are also going to be reviewing how we send our business parcels. I will also update outcome of this.

Received message stating date of collection (via DHL,) but item was not collected until following day. Wouldnt have minded but no warning given so parcel was out all day. In the end this was sorted out. Just a lack of info. really... Traffic even worse than usual in this area due to morons at Dorset Highways !

All went well once the delivery address was adjusted to meet the websites criteria! Once this had been done the booking was completed and labels received. Parcel dropped off at nearby shop and delivered as scheduled withou any further problem.

Terrible service. Paid for International Express to Italy whereby it should have taken 2-3 days. It’s now the 7th day and my package hasn’t even left the UK. I would never use this service again.
