Similar to many other reviews on here....... I was told my parcels would be picked up Monday - NOPE! I was told my parcels would be picked up Tuesday - NOPE! I was told my parcels would be picked up Wednesday - NOPE! Wed at 18:30 - NOPE Still waiting, still waiting, still waiting........

Be aware if THEIR system fails - then your labels are not produced with the correct date on it - and they do nothing to help - their customer service is just a sorry for the inconvenience canned response. And when you ask for a manager to review it - they tell you to tell them yourself ! Monkeys would probably do a better job - going to another courier.com for all our shipping from now on - theyve never let us down.

My parcel should have been delivered to Italy within 3-5 working days. After a week the parcel was still sitting in the post office where it should have been collected. BAD!

Do not use these morons. Paid for next day service and did not get it. paid extra for insurance and item damaged. Reported issues and emails not replied to. Total scammers. Go direct to the carrier for accountability, this excuse for a service take your money and provide a zero service. BE WARNED.

Great service on parcel OVER 2 Kg that Royal Mail were trying to SCREW US on price to send. Fast cheaper service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for larger items = AAA+++

This is a very good service. The website is clear and easy to use. Its a good price. The only issue is printing the label when you dont have a printer. Also, I wasnt informed what time the parcel was coming so I wasnt in. It then took a couple more days before I could collect the parcel from a drop off location. But all in all, a good service.

I researched online a lot as i was sceptical about using anything than Royal mail to send my packages abroad etc BUT I am glad I chose Parcel Monkey.
This company saved me money and my parcel arrived as specified. There were lots of helpful instructions along the way too.
I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again

If I could give a 0 i would! Parcel quoted 4-5 days to China. Once they had the parcel all the tracking reverted to delivery 16th August . (parcel collected 28th July) so 19 days for a courier is totally un-acceptable. The "help" chat were as good as useless and just reverted to stock answers. When escalated the complaint asking for contact and tracking now resonse. I assume the good reviews are for UK deliver. Wil not use again

They will scam you £54 charge for parcel being underweight 10kg not 30kg. Fake measuring. I delivered exercise equipment back to Amazon, it weighs 30kg, as stated on the website. I took a picture of my parcels weight too for reference. On a £14 order they charged me an additional £54 for being....... Under weight. Weighing exactly 10.0kg on their measurements. Bear in mind it was 30kg, and a large box so 100% a 2 person lift. Anyway I disputed the charge and showed proof, they want me to have printed labels stating the weight and dimensions or wont help. I have told them I want proof of this magical 10.0kg reading .. I dont I will get a response I am going through chargeback with my credit card company as it will be easier
