More than 24 hours after I have paid I have still not received any shipping labels. Notification that there is a problem with the address, even though it is a registered business address. Customer Service chat unhelpful, automated replies then just telling me to raise a support ticket which I had already done. There is no phone number to call, this company and website is very frustrating if there is a problem. It is impossible to have a dialogue to find out the exact nature of the problem and then resolve it quickly.

Poor experience. Parcel has not been collected. Two days waiting from 8.30 to 6pm, very inconvenient. The online helpline polite and updated me accurately - but the courier service just didnt work.

Shocking customer care and service.. we paid £47 for a next day postage which turned up 4 days later and I requested a refund as our customer last a few days work which in turn we have now lost a customer in our shop also Asked for a refund which was rejected as was not over the 5 day period apparently whats the point of paying for next day if its not and surely a refund is not much to ask for WILL NOT BE USING PARCEL-MONKEY AGAIN

Failed to pick up item and no phone call to let me know they were not coming. Re-booked for two days later and still have not bothered turning up or contacting me. No reply to a complaint email either. Requested a refund, the only response I got was saying that it would be refunded in 5 days, no acknowledgement or apology for the poor service. Monkeys could do a better job than this lot.

I am very pleased with your service and charges???? Original delivery date was a bit optimistic for delivery from UK to Portugal and I was given a new date. The parcel arrived a day before it was due. Your driver made only one phone call to confirm address and availability and duly arrived within 15 minutes of the call. Very impressed!! Previous companies have been a nightmare!! Will definitely use you again. You were recommended by family.

Really easy to use. Parcel was collected in the time slot and delivered the next day as booked. I was able to track the progress if the delivery. Would recommend and use again.

Similar to many other reviews on here....... I was told my parcels would be picked up Monday - NOPE! I was told my parcels would be picked up Tuesday - NOPE! I was told my parcels would be picked up Wednesday - NOPE! Wed at 18:30 - NOPE Still waiting, still waiting, still waiting........

Be aware if THEIR system fails - then your labels are not produced with the correct date on it - and they do nothing to help - their customer service is just a sorry for the inconvenience canned response. And when you ask for a manager to review it - they tell you to tell them yourself ! Monkeys would probably do a better job - going to another courier.com for all our shipping from now on - theyve never let us down.
