I left a note for the delivery drive not to leave the parcels with the next door neighbours however the delivery driver left the parcels at the next door neighbours. We received a message from DPD that the parcels would be delivered between 12:00 and 13:30 however the parcels were delivered to the neighbours at 11:30, I’m not impressed this time

shocking! never picked up on arranged date. message their live chat (as there is no phone number) was told it would be picked up , no assured me it would be. Would email me to let me know what was going on, as they know I needed next day delivery! never heard a thing .never picked up ! never emailed back. Will never use again !

Organised through Parcel Monkey two parcels to be collected Devon, UK by DPD Tuesday - delivered French Alps following Thursday. Very reasonable price and smooth transaction again. Thanks

Parcelmonkey are one of several UK resellers of services from carriers such as Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. Their current main advantage for me is that they offer cheaper insurance for higher value items than the other resellers, particularly for overseas destinations. Theyre not, yet, my first choice for ordinary parcels over 2kg (under 2kg I send by post).

Really happy with this service. Price was less than half quoted by parcel force directly. I dont know how they manage the service prices, but Im thankful they do!

Overall parcel monkey should be a five, but there is one parcel co DHL that they should drop, they provide a shocking service

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Criminals - I was contacted about my review. I received some correspondence from Parcel Monkey, breifly with a sort of an apology. Then they ignored me again. I contacted chat and was kept on for 90 minutes as they refused to give me any support or direct me to information. Now I am ignored again and still £558 down. The Directors Andrew Faulkner Stuart Faulkner Timothy Brown David Dowman Navin Ramiah All complicit in fraud of the people. Parcel Monkey are criminals supported by Parcel Force who actually stole the package.

I hadnt heard of Parcel Monkey until I saw the price of sending parcels via Royal Mail and searched for a cheaper option. The price Parcel Monkey found me for my parcel seemed to good to be true, but it was fine.
A really easy site to use, really easy to find the best options for sending parcels and really easy process to follow. My 17kg parcel arrived in less than 24 hours with the 48 hour service. Brilliant.
Ill be using them again for sure.

I used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to France. I sent it through parcelforce and the whole process from booking to label printing to payment was really easy and quick. Also, parcel was supposed to arrive at its destination in 3 working days but arrived in 2!
Package arrived safely and with no damage and best of all, price was really reasonable and a fraction of what I would have paid if I had gone through delivery company direct.
I highly recommend Parcel.Monkey and would definitely use them again!

They failed to collect the parcel from my home, so I cancelled and took my parcel elsewhere. Parcel Monkey say they cannot refund my payment as the parcel WAS collected! Currently, Im £37 out pocket. Will never try and use Parcel Monkey again.
