I had problems trying to arrange collection of a large heavy parcel with other courier companies but as soon as I contacted parcel monkeys I received excellent attention and within a few hours my parcel was collected with no problems by a very polite courier driver

Package went missing for weeks, then finally turned up. For UK it seems ok, but internationally, so much seems to go wrong! Bad communication between couriers is really the main reason. Parcelgo seems cheapest now.

Seemed so perfect; great price, reputable courier, easy to arrange and then it went downhill. Turned out that the parcel was collected but the tracking wasnt activated - the 24 hour delivery window seems useless if you dont know your valuable parcel has been picked up. Online help wasnt much better- took 3 attempts before they could get anything, and the advisor would type then stop and not reply for some 5 mins.

Chose a service which quoted 3-4 days delivery International due to important legal documents that had to be in China urgently. They collected when said, but after a few days on tracking the parcel the tracking shows as in Hong Kong and expected delivery of 23rd August which will add up to a total of 17 days. When questioning this through their customer service all they would say is it could be delivered earlier but will check with the courier and get back to me, that was 3 days ago and I am still waiting!!!!!

when contacted response was quick and polite but they never contacted back having to chase up about the consignment late in picking parcels up and when contacted it was simply rearrange or cancel no explanation why. Ii found reason why from courier driver he had only partial address for pickup. Then trying to track the parcels again nightmare not easy and again not able to contact the courier only Parcel Monkey and again did not contact back had to chase to get answere all the time. would I use them again NO. This company was a recommendation from Amazon for returns.

Great service.
But I would like to recommend to contact the pick up station and delivery point 30mins before arrivals. As you dont end up loosing s day waiting for pick-up or delivery.

It depends on which courier you book. UK Mail for me have been the best. The others are hit and miss. And when they are a miss, dont expect much from parcel monkey or the courier, your only option is to rebook for missed collection, once i had 3 failed pickups in a row. Parcel Force recently picked up my parcel but the tracking showed a missed collection. So i raised a query with them but not got any response at all. So really depends on which courier you book. UK Mail for me from now on.

Fantastic service on both sides of the channel.
I cannot fault this service it is easy to use, the pickup delivery men are polite, helpful and efficient and the cost is reasonable.

Terrible! I paid £35 they haven’t collected the item yet. Been two weeks and they don’t respond to emails. They don’t have a customer services phone number so can’t chase this up. Very bad!!!
