Im afraid that collections are not guaranteed. This is mentioned in our terms and conditions as below: 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. We do not provide telephony services to customers, as most queries require further input from the couriers, and we usually are provided with this in 3-5 working days, therefore it works better to operate via email or LiveChat.

Utterly useless - Cannot help you on their Contact page, they just tell you that you have to discuss with the actual courier - When you ask the courier, they tell you to speak to these lot... Terrible terrible customer service

The parcel was not picked up when first booked and do far it hasnt been picked up on the rearranged date - today despite a time span for pick up being specified.

Ordered pick up after 6 PM but the actual delivery team Parcel Monkey arranged are not working that late, so I needed to rearrange with them. No communication or feedback by Parcel Monkey during the process from my end it is very unlikely Ill use them again.

As always, I had a very good experience with ParcelMonkey. Quick, easy to book and you can choose between many courier services! Ill stick to this one for when I need to ship stuff to my parents in Italy.. haha!

Parcel not collected and there’s no email, sms, call, calling card, or any notification whatsoever. Paid for a nextday service but courier collects the following day and no reduction in price to 2 day service nor any refund. Very annoying. When I asked why drivers don’t call customers, it’s supposedly because they don’t have company phones. Why don’t they just use their own phones then? Awful service.

So far this year one set of golf clubs LOST at the hub and had to pay over £100 in additional charges for 2 other sets I had collected supposedly oversize. Complained to PM about the amount charged but was told it was down to parcel force! Most times its a reliable and reasonably priced service but when things go wrong dont expect customer services to sort it out. I now use Parcelforce direct for expensive collection items it costs a bit more but you get what you pay for!!

Great courier price comparison and booking service.
The service is delivered by a courier of your own choice but parcel monkey make getting a great price and booking easy.
Ive used them 5 times now. When one courier ( DPD ) missed collection twice I contacted Parcel Monkey support and they agreed within an hour to refund my fee and I rebooked with a different a different courier.
I find Parcel monkey cheaper than booking direct with couriers

Absolutely awful, failed to turn up for the first 2 days collections eventually arrived 3 days late. The carrier refunded parclemonkey yet parclemonkey have not refunded me despite my best efforts. Unable to talk to anyone just get emails that show no effort to read the complaint. Waited in for 3 days made numerous phone call to the carrier,the only people to benefit from the horrendous service is parclemonkey as they have my payment and also the refund from the carrier. Unbelievable!

Cheap until something goes wrong and then they are not prepared to do anything. Apparently, a 24hr service could take any time to arrive as its not guaranteed. If you use the same service without going through Parcel Monkey then you are compensated in delays. Seems to me that its too much of an effort to check

Extremely bad service!! booked for a parcel to be sent abroad parcel went they refused to update me for over 8 months! never offered any refund! constantly lied to me... told me the parcel was over weight and charged me extra when I know for a fact that the parcel was not over weight I ship items for a living. Will never use again stay clear!

Organized collection for Friday after 2pm. You did not forward instructions to the driver. Package collection attempt was made in a.m. and package was not collected. Rescheduled for any time Monday with note that package would be on porch. Not collected. Have no idea if package was collected Tuesday and then I get this survey. Hilarious. Service would be better if it were actually run by monkeys.

The only problem is you have to wait around all day youre not given an am or pm collection time. Otherwise, all instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. Delivery is made within the time frame. Excellent customer service

Make sure you take out insurance, as they were unable to deliver my parcel due to their own incompetence and then refused to refund me the delivery charge because I didnt take out additional insurance. This is a separate issue to the parcel that they actually destroyed!!

This is the second time Ive used parcel monkey. I chose to use parcel force priority. Collection and delivery was as promised. Box arrived intact. And looked like it was handled well.
