After 9 months of going back and forth with PM they still dont have a clue why they lost my parcel. Was it because of the correct delivery address I provided them with and then asked to confirm it, or the fact they have not communicated the customs duties due on my parcel, or the fact that the parcel cleared customs and was left with the supplier for the maximum hold period without a delivery attempt, or maybe that they just didnt care after they took my money. Which is it Jack or Jessica or James or Jag...?? Any one?? Reached out to Rav the founder of the company to tell him of the insufficient/non-helpful customer service function he got going, but as expected no reply. They did offer me the minimum refund, and I suspect that is what they do irrespective of whos fault it was that resulted in the lost. Nine months they dont even know why the parcel wasnt delivered/returned to the UK and got lost...9 months!!?? Please dont use this circus, cheap but very very inefficient!

I paid for next day collection with DHL (ordered on Tuesday for Wednesday collection) No one turned up. I contacted Parcel Monkey but the only option was to rearrange delivery this was on the Thursday and delivery rearranged for the Friday causing further delays. DHL however didn’t get the memo and turned up twice to collect the parcel once on Thursday and again on the Friday! I won’t use this service again.

All good until the start of September when a regular delivery of cartons (no more or less) rose from just over £42.00 to just over £115.00 without prior notice. Also you only find this at the final stage just before payment. Very disappointing to see an unparalleled increase of 173%

Terrible. Misleads you into thinking you can book after working hours on a Friday for collection on a Monday. Waited all day Monday and all day Tuesday. Its now 3pm Tuesday and Im still waiting. All Parcelmonkeys live chat can say is "Your collection is booked for today, please allow until 6pm" At some point they conceded to say, "Sorry for the inconvenience" but never offered an explanation. I dont know what to do; my sons belongings are all here, hes had to head off to uni (late for collecting his keys from reception) and has no idea when his clothes will arrive. Have a got to wait in tomorrow too? Does the fault lie with Parcelforce? - If so theres no point in me cancelling and booking through another third-party service that might use them too. If I could rewind the clock and pay £100 instead of £30 for a reliable service I would.

The web form does not allow input of non english characters, hyphens, dots or slashes which are all used in International mail addresses.

Booked on Sunday to pickup my parcel on Monday, by 1900 Monday no sign of them, contacted them and they said sorry for no pickup, they offered to re-book but i had no faith in them so cancelled, today Tuesday Parcelforce came for the parcel, they told me they knew nothing of the collection on Monday or of the cancellation either, use this company at your peril, just to add i also let down a friend. they are now not answering my enquiries, says it all, the driver today apologised to me, i said it isnt his fault, this gives Parcelforce a bad name.

Once service was used, this deceitful monkey business joke of a company arbitrarily decided to charge me over £50 for returning a delivery to Amazon. Thankfully Amazon covered the costs, no questions asked. Never will use Parcel Monkey again. You should not either, unless you like surprise, exorbitant charges.
