Excellent website. Easy to use. Great competitive rates. Whole process was dead easy. Booked and paid Sunday night. Parcel was collected very next day and delivered on Tuesday. I have used this service before and will use again.

I paid extra for 4-5 day delivery and yet the parcel took 11 day to arrive. Customer service is a joke. Waited 3 hours on live chat for any kind of response but all I got was read. Absolute joke.

The worst company I have ever come across. I’ve been waiting for 2 months for my parcel. Every time I chase them, they send me apologetic emails. I just want a refund. The package contained 0-3 months old baby clothes. Now the baby has grown and the weather has also changed, meaning even if I ever get my parcel back, it would be worthless! The company is not even allowing me to claim the insurance which is my legal right. I’ve no choice but to seek a legal advice.

Absolutely disgusted with the experience I’ve had with parcel monkey this is the second issue I’ve had where I’ve waited in to have a parcel collected and nobody’s bothered turning up. Was never offered no compensation I.e refund for losing 2 whole days of work. Won’t be using you again.

Not a variety of docs i had to choose the right one from, parcel drop-off operated as suggested and delivery was timely.

Worst parcel delivery service I have ever used, I use the word Service very lightly. They dont respond to e-mails. Sent a parcel to N.Zealand and it was returned, Still waiting on parcel monkey telling me why it was it was returned, I sent several e-mails, so much for them stating "we will get back to you within 3 working days". 2nd parcel sent to the south of England, Parcel arrive all battered about and the item was damaged, even though it had "Fragile" stickers all over it. Please do not use Parcel monkey as theyre partially right in name, they should be called" Dont give a monkeys".

Booked delivery couldnt be covered until next Tuesday. Advised to drop at dx. Guy in dx was really arsy saying the package wouldnt be on the system and he didnt want it..I asked him to sort it as Id paid £30 for a delivery and he made 1 call that lasted 30 seconds for the item to be added. **** service all around. Avoid.

UK to France. Website very easy to use, no glitches, no errors, was done and dusted in less than 5 minutes. Had prepared myself for trouble but there was none at all. Thats a rare thing these days.
Will recommend to others.
And of course the cost was not silly, so will definitely use again.

I Suspect this review will betaken down as do many companys that dont like the truth . in all my years as a small business i have never meet with such an incredibly **** company . i have paid for 24 hour service collection rct . waited in all day , only to be told when i eventually found how to live chat with someone that the courier had called to collect , but i was out , what total rubbish . i have ctv and no one one came . i was left to me to find this out , no card or text was sent , the collection was rearranged for today , and low and behold no collection again . , all they say is sorry we dont have a service where you can ring , or talk to anybody , we cant contact the couriers , or can we give assurances that some one will collect . what a tin pot little company . And to top it all , i paid asap for the service , yet i have to wait 5 to 7 days to get refunded . STAY WELL AWAY
