Smooth experience, could drop off my parcel in a shop at my own convenience, and parcel arrived in France a few days later with no pb. Found the cost a bit high as I had to insure the content which was worth a fair bit of money but well. All arrived well and will use it again.

Awful service. Package a failed to be collected so refunded and rebooked the same service for a collection on different day. Again package was failed to be collected and no tracking updates to ever explain when it would likely be collected. Refunded again and used a more reliable service.

Awful customer service miss advising that the career could take suitcases. Stayed in for a whole day and had to rearrange because the first booking didnt turn up. Parcel Monkey were unapologetic and dealt with my requests poorly.

Terrible service start to finish. Claimed a office manned 24/7 for pick up was empty so couldnt collect and made to attempt to contact me to tell me this or sort a another time to collect. Then same story for delivery. Problem with the address apprently again no communication informing me or any channels to correct it. 2 weeks from the orginal pick up date and still no parcel. Truly terrible service.

Excellent! It is super helpful when you need to send several boxes and trying to save some money. Easy, quick, plus you can add insurance of your box. Both parcel arrived fine.

We used ParcelMonkey sending 10s of parcels a month for years. Unfortunately they lost two parcels and after chasing the delivery the boxes arrived after a week instead of 24 hours, and one of the boxes was damaged. Mistakes happen but it was the response of ParcelMonkey that they will NOT refund even the delivery cost. We paid extra for 24 hour delivery and we find this appalling. Also, they do not have a phone number so you cant talk to a real person. They take a long time to respond to the messages and the response is normally non-informative, repetitive and reflects a lack of understanding of the problem. If you are a business or someone who posts many parcels, open accounts directly with the main couriers. They are cheaper, offer better compensation, when things go wrong you will get a refund and there is someone at the end of the phone line to talk to.

Fast delivery, easy to use site.

Shipped a large and heavy parcel (23kg) back to Amazon that would have cost around £40 to do so via Royal Mail. I was able to get next business day delivery before 12pm and insurance, all for about £15 via the PaecelForce option. All I had to do was drop it off at my local post office.I tracked it and waited for it to be signed for, and all went smoothly. Will 100% be using Parcelmonkey again in the future.

Site was easy to use and parcel was collected from local post office so I did not have to stay in. Parcel was going to USA and was delivered within 4 days. Unfortunately parcel arrived wet and an item was missing. Had to send another parcel as it was s gift and it cost me more money

Really bad since I asked It last wednesday for a urgent deliver and paid extra for It and they said they Ill be here collecting thursday and nothing then I talked with them and they say they will be here monday and here I am waiting once again and still nothing and they arent even any good at customer service they just want the money and wont care about dates..

I love using Parcel Monkey, but find that the DPD pickup points often try to avoid taking the parcel, even though PM/DPD have accepted the booking and the parcel is charged on the basis of its size and weight. I have three local pickup locations and all have tried to refuse the parcels which makes it difficult to know where to go next...
