Avoid like the plague, if youre based in Northern Ireland. We purchased a bespoke-designed door for delivery from GB to NI on the basis of the comprehensive quote Parcel Monkey provided which confirmed the price for delivery to Northern Ireland. However, once the door was purchased and ready for collection, the booking was declined as it couldnt deliver to Northern Ireland. So why tell us it could? Hardly a difficult thing to program into the quote system, is it? Yet, to this day, if you quote for an item to be sent to N. Ireland, it still tells you thats its possible and gives you the price??? The customer service was lamentable - just drawn out platitudes which show both the geographical & political ignorances of a company out of its depth. Get your systems right guys because at the moment youre just an amateurish outfit thats wasting peoples time.

Do not use Parcel Monkey. The processes in place to resolve issues when parcels go missing are entirely inadequate. Over 5 weeks after a parcel has gone missing, I have had no resolution or detail for when the matter will be concluded. Customer service processes are all online and no ability to escalate. If you run a small business and are passionate about your customers and the service you provide to them - dont use this company. Ever.

Easy to use the site. Went with DPD who are always excellent - in England anyway. The French arent up to the same standard but it got there in one piece!

You have not answered my emails. Your documents would not print. You gave taken my money - that is the one thing you did instantly. I still have the birthday parcel I wanted in New Zealand by 23 March! The village post office gave never heard of you and could not/would not accept my parcel. I then had to be in France, just back in the early hours of today. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT ALL OF THIS? PLEASE ANSWER.

Last time I use parcel monkey I’ve vowed never to use it. I had no choice but to give them another go as everyone else was far too expensive. This time I shipped a Parcel to Australia and it all went very well so I am confident about using them in the future.

it would have helped to have some confirmation on the day of collection as to the time window. The day rolled on and the parcel was not collected until after 3pm by which time, as it was a 24 hour delivery, I was concerned it was not going to be collected in time to arrive the following day etc. it caused some anxiety.

Charge me twice for overweight . Tv which I sent was 16kg (weight can be checked on Samsung website) they charge me for 27kg !!!!!!! I paid £60 more !!!!!!!!!
