I sent a parcel to China in March and it is now July and my parcel has not arrived. Everything was going well, the parcel was listed as out for delivery on the due date, 16th April. Then things started going wrong. All information stopped.When I asked for an update I was eventually told that it was held in customs even though I had seen a message stating that it was out for delivery. (that message had now vanished!). In June after sending many messages and getting the same answer I asked the company to finally accept that the parcel was missing and pay me the £70 that I had insured the parcel for.. I never got a direct answer, the request was avoided. Now, in July I have been asked to provide a detailed description of the parcel and contents and an invoice for the goods I was returning,even though they had still not admitted it was missing. I gave a full description of the parcel and contents, I also explained that I did not have an invoice (I failed to print it when I made the order as it was available to view on the sellers web site, and now 5 months later the sellers web site has disappeared). I did however offer a copy of my Paypal receipt which shows the companys name and address and the amount paid, Today I have had a reply- an exact copy of their previous message. Its as if they havent even ready what I have said. There seems to be no customer care and they are incapable of dealing directly with customers when problems occur. They boast on their website that they are proud to have a 98% success rate. I must be one of the unfortunate 2% and now they are trying to avoid paying the insurance money, a service I paid extra for! Parcel Monkey does not provide a customer friendly service. They may be okay if there are no problems , but if you do have a problem, dont expect any help.

Easy and neat, parcel can be picked up at your place so you dont need to drive it around, and you can track its itinerary. Whats not to like?

I perhaps am beginning to think the company is run by Monkeys. I know they are a third party to a Postal Company,. The customer services is 1/10. Troubled service from start to Finnish poor response to messages. Wont use again.

The local courier company’s (Aramex$ tracking facility is rubbish - when I phoned on Tuesday, the said the parcel had not yet left the UK - when in fact it had already been delivered to my home.

After a horrendous experience with My hermes I had to change my courier and someone suggested parcel monkey as it gives you different options and prices.
They were brilliant and kept me informed of progress of the various deliveries. They have Al been delivered stress free and I will always use this option from now on

Parcel tracking is limited. What is the point of writing a note to delivery (to leave parcel in the shed) if it doesnt pass on or to leave phone number for no one to be contacted. Cant be expected to wait for parcel from 8am to 6pm. 24h express service doesnt include weekends. Should have rather booked on companys main site.

What fantastic service. With in forty minutes of making the booking on line, the courier was at the house collecting my item. I was able to track the package all the way.
I would definitely use parcel monkey again I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service as usual. I always set up my parcel delivery via parcel monkey.
Very easy to navigate through and easy to print out details and labels etc.

After not receiving my whole shipment - contacted Parcel Monkey to follow up. Waited two days for reply, and then contacted the courier company myself and within minutes had an answer about my missing parcel. Had been a very loyal customer of Parcel Monkey - and recommended it to many people - however this has left a very bad taste - and I will think twice before using them again.
