Excellent service as usual. I always set up my parcel delivery via parcel monkey.
Very easy to navigate through and easy to print out details and labels etc.
Can only give this service 10 out of 10 across the board.

Excellent service. Very competitive price, no issues with collection or delivery to a small town in northern Madagascar - package arrived quickly and safely. Would recommend and have used many times.

After not receiving my whole shipment - contacted Parcel Monkey to follow up. Waited two days for reply, and then contacted the courier company myself and within minutes had an answer about my missing parcel. Had been a very loyal customer of Parcel Monkey - and recommended it to many people - however this has left a very bad taste - and I will think twice before using them again.

I USED PARCEL MONKEY TO DELIVER A QUILT TO AMERICA. THE PARCEL WENT TO THE WRONG DELIVERY DEPOT SO WAS DELAYED AND ARRIVED 2 DAYS LATE. THEN PARCEL MONKEY CHARGED ME EXTRA CLAIMING MY PARCEL WAS WAY OVER WHAT I HAD WEIGHED IT AT BY 11KG! HOW CAN THAT BE IT WAS A QUILT MADE OF FABRIC NOT LEAD!!! WHEN I ASKED THEM TO RECTIFY THE ERROR I GOT NO!!!!! RESPONSE WHATSOEVER FROM THEM AND I AM STILL WAITING. 16 DAYS LATER.. SO I THINK THAT TELLS ME THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BOTHER!!! WILL MOST DEFINITELY NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR MY DELIVERIES AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE ELSE. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!!!

Does what it says on the Tin! Comparison site for sending Mail
used a few different sites at the time across multiple tabs and they came out the cheapest when it got down to the nitty gritty
Give them a try! cant do any harm and its a decent mascot and colour theme compared to the rest of these sites around

I would only recommend Parcel Monkey to my worst enemies. Failed to delvier a parcel. No way of contacting customer services to rearrange or find out where the parcel was. Totally incompetent. No management control. Useless. Had to pay an extra fee to get the parcel returned from Southampton dock else it would have been destroyed after 21 days. Never ever use them.... ever. Cheap is what you get. Only managed to get a response via complaints when I emailed their Chief Executive. I have never encountered such a poor organisation in all of my days. Please avoid. You will thank me. I also wouldnt trust their 5-star reviews. Smacks of deceit. Which is what you will get in bucketfulls. Try Nav@ (CEO) or Jag.kaur@ @parcelmonkey.com. Plus watchdog@ @bbc.co.uk. If they get enough complaints, they might pick it up to help future poor souls. I expect a trite, insincere vacuous response to this note from their Customer Service Team, but it will mean zero.

Parcel Monkey did everything right...but I booked Parcelforce through them...they did everything right too...except I booked a 24 hour service and they did it in 48 hours... The trouble with just about all current UK courier services, in my experience, is that they rarely deliver within the time frame booked. So this wasn’t a surprise...just a disappointing inevitable

I havent heard from the recipient so I assume he has recd the parcel....the tracker show he has recd it.....so very good....no issues. Easy to organise....I would use this service again no problems.. great.

Would give it 0 stars if I could! Lost my parcel, then it turned up damaged and when paying nearly 17 pound to have it returned to me, they cant find it again! Customer service is shocking! Will never ever use again! Its like robots are messaging you back when you message to ask about stuff. Been over a month still dont know where my parcel is no refund for extortionate mailing prices, with their 5 pound admin charge! Joke!!
