Excellent service. Courier arrived as scheduled for collection and deliveries made promptly. Only concern was that both parcels arrived at destination, France, on two separate days. However, both received within 24 hours of each other. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you to all concerned.

Amazing service. Collected my parcel in the uk Monday was in New Zealand on the Friday morning. Really quick and hassle free service. I’ve used others before and they were awful, I would 100% use parcel monkey again and fully recommend.

I had an urgent parcel that needed to be sent to india. You promised DPD would send within 3-6 days but its been 8 days and the parcel has still not been delivered. My recipient received a call and was expecting an email but didnt receive anything from DPD. He contacted me and Ive contacted DPD via email twice and Exports Team over the phone... they have all the information but the parcel is still sitting in Customs. This was a very urgent parcel and because of its delay it has caused problems and incurred more charges my end.

Very bad services, had time sensitive package to be delivered and parcel force said they had collected the item when they did not and took an extra 4 days and lots of calls chasing them.

Dont trust the information given. Delivery time stated at booking was not actually the timeframe of the courier so my parcel missed an important deadline.

DO NOT USE; I had a heavy crate to be collected, it wasnt collected on the day as arranged, even though I was assured at 5pm it definitely would be. At 7pm I then realised it wasnt being picked up. The crate was too heavy for me to move (90kg) and I had to leave it on the driveway overnight with no security. There is no phone number for the company, only a message service during office hours with their customer services. Never again Im afraid, when you complain their attitude is that "we are just the go-between" so why bother with them? AVOID and go direct!
