Worst courier company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. On 4 separate occasions upon booking a parcel with the firm. The courier has advised that Parcel Monkey did not in fact book this in hence why the or else have not been collected. Parcel Monkeys response is that they are not held accountable for ‘unforeseen errors’ and do not offer to compensate for time/ obey lost but simply rebook this back in causing the same issue.

Been using this particular animal for years, good service, good prices.
When things dont exactly go to plan especially when parcels are en route to Russia, they actually sort things out.

Excellent service. Sent a parcel to New Zealand which I dropped off at are local Post Office on the Thursday and arrived at its destination on the Monday. Thats what I call a speedy delivery.

A good company, a good service, but let down by the fact that their system does not automatically allow you / offer you the label for your parcel in a .pdf format. As a result, as I needed to forward the label to a friend for printing, I had to go to the sites Help functions, and use live chat to get somebody to intervene and assist me. This made the service slow, and more cumbersome than I hoped it would be. So my own experience (although they helped and sent me the .pdf format label) was less good than expected. Sorry to say I have to use other services (eg. another courier) as they are easier for me.

The worse service I’ve ever had. No collection on the day requested on a time critical delivery. Customer service didn’t care just kept quoting terms and conditions which have been designed with the sole purpose of covering their arses. They would only offer to cancel the service and rebook for the next day, 24hrs after the pre 10.30am I had payed for. Will not use parcel monkey again. Definitely would not recommend anyone else does either.

I used Parcel Monkey to find a company to send a parcel to France. The website was simple to use as long as you have the dimensions and weight of your parcel. You sre then given options/prices for different collection companies/methods. Once you have chosen your preferred method, you pay and print out the labels which are e-mailed to you by Parcel Monkey. I chose Parcel Force so that I could drop the parcel off at the Post Office. I dropped it off on a Thursday and it was delivered in France the following Tuesday and that included the Monday being a Bank Holiday in France. I was extremely satisfied with the service and would use it again.

Placed a international delivery via DPD through Parcel Monkey. The service was for a 3-5 days Express Service delivery to Australia. What transpires into was a 6 weeks delivery!!!!!!! And it is not even Christmas yet! There are one or two at Parcel Monkey who are very helpful, in the likes of Annick and Abigail, most of the rests at Parcel Monkey are just doing what the second word in their company name says, plus an "ing" at the back of the second word. They either kept passing me around claiming they are doing something with the courier or just reiterate my questions without even bothering to reply to it. Shameful attitude of Parcel Monkey! I had to resort to call the delivery agent in Australia that DPD International uses, which I was not aware that it was a different company they used - ie Aramex. The parcel was stalled for a 6 weeks period by Aramex (DPD counterpart in Australia) and no communication was attempted by the courier to my recipient. All in all - the combination of substandard of DPD international and the dont care attitude of many at Parcel Monkey just made my day!!! Lodge a complain and request a refund for the delivery service but guess what - more brick walls!!! Will AVOID in future but am in some way glad that there are 1 or 2 helpful souls at Parcel Monkey, as for the rest there, I rest my case!

My parcel is still not delivered. Booked on the 24 hour Parcelforce service. Now Parcel Monkey say its returned to sender however the name they state is not mine. I will never use them again. Expensive item possibly stolen. AVOID

Have used different services on many occasions but this was one of the simplest just wrap,weight print the label and the parcel was collected from home and arrived just has they said on time.
cant beet that service.

Parcel Monkey are great but Parcelforce 48 should be renamed Parcelforce 168 and they delivered it to a neighbour but didnt tell us which one!

Purchased 2 days express delivery on this website. They delivered parcel after 6 days! Asked for a refund however I was told that delivery times are not guaranteed and no refund will be provided - end of case. Guess that it was not worth - useless service - definitely not as described.

AVOID this JOKE of a company at all costs! Been waiting for three days for them to collect..but nothing! You can’t call them..there’s no contact no: so I’ve had to pay double to send my package! Not to mention taking time off work! Just go to the actual company and forget these middle men jokers!!

I have used Parcel Monkey on 3 occasions when shipping bulky items within the UK.
In the past I used to struggle with these to the Post Office and end paying high Postal charges.
Now, using Parcel Monkey, I have a choice of carriers at competitive prices who can collect the items from home.
All just so easy to arrange using their simple user friendly web page.
