Great value . Parcel was delivered intact. There appeared to be a problem with the first attempted delivery, but all was well the 2nd time.

The Worst company, I have posted my item with parcel monkey it’s been over a month that I’ve been waiting to receive my post back they didn’t send my post they said they don’t service on the area where I have send it to so basically they replied that the post never went out of the country so I should’ve had it back Within couple of days and I have been waiting for a month they keep saying we are apologise but we will contact you once we have the post back the post where are never left the country, they don’t even have a contact number to contact them and they never contact you except by emails and they keep saying we are sorry but they don’t do anything about it I am so disappointed very frustrated very angry if there weather -10 zero I would’ve give them -10 zero stars they don’t even worth a name of the store but unfortunately what can I do as a customer I’ve just have to wait I don’t know how long More to get my post back and my money they haven’t even sent my money back which I’ve paid £70 for the courierI tell you people do not trust this company do not even think about them they are cheap but they will stress you up and you end up losing your items and get stressed

I used Parcel Monkey to return an expensive shower screen. There were two identical boxes collected but mysteriously only one arrived. Parcel Monkey were unable to ever provide an explanation as to where the second parcel had gone. I was not entitled to a refund as I could not take out the expensive cover as the item was glass. I took the risk that the item would be broken, but not that it would just disappear into thin air. It is extremely frustrating that there is no telephone number; service was slow and mechanical through the online chat portal. Finally, I received a refund for the cost of the courier service but I am nearly £1,000 out of pocket on the shower screen. Furious doesnt cover it. I would never use this system again - there is zero visibility on your item and its whereabouts plus a serious lack of customer care.

Twice parcel monkey failed to pass instructions to the chosen courier regarding the safe collection location on my parcel, resulting in 2 failed attempts to collect my item resulting in late delivery to my customer, I will not use parcel monkey again.

Sent a parcel with correct dimensions and weight. Infact, to safeguard myself I over allow. Home scales - 2.089 kgs. Post office scales - 2.112 kgs. So, Parcel weight. - 2.2 kg was paid for. I have received an email taking additional payment for my parcel as it weighed 4 kgs. A jumper and pair of Jeans in a parcel bag weighing 4 kilograms? Currently disputing the payment but can see this being a bigger issue as they continue to do it. Just be wary, and photograph/record what you can as I have done. Good luck.

Parcel monkey are cheapest around to send parcels. For my particular parcel , the post office would charge £14.98. I checked. But parcel monkey charged 9.84. Well pleased

Do Not Use: Very easy to book, but then you cannot communicate at all, and their customer service is non existent. Took my money, and failed to collect a parcel, no communication, wasted hours of my time chasing, still no response. Have booked TNT They give the couriers they book a bad name too. DO NOT USE, NO MATTER WHAT

I booked two parcels with DHL, via parcelmonkey, on a one day service....they eventually delivered one package after 7 days and the other after 10 (the driver failed to call the receivers number provided when he could not find the entrance). My frustration with Parcelmonkey was that you cannot speak to anyone and have to use their messaging system to try and sort this out, however they dont ever have the chat type response available and so its a long drawn out process with responses from a different person each time. I was sending a customers product for repair and this could cause me to lose the contract going forward. I was very angry with the whole time wasting experience caused by DHL and asked Parcelmonkey for my money back as a sign of good will.....however, they sent a long-winded response with details from the terms of use to state that even when an item is delivered 10 days after collection, they were within the agreed service levels. OMG why not refund a small credit for the sake of goodwill and trying to keep a customer happy....typical of a large organisation focussed on volume and profit and doesnt give a (parcel) monkeys if my business continues to use them.
