Terrible. They lose your parcel and will not give a phone number to call. It has been 3 weeks for what was meant to be a 3 day service. Still hasn’t arrived.

First time user. Sent a parcel to Sweden. It took less than a week. Tracked it all the way. Very reasonable priced. I am well impressed and definitely will be using again ..

Parcel arrived wet at the bottom and had been taped up. Some of the contents ( protein packs ) were missing. Inside was damp through double walled cardboard as if left standing in a puddle.

I have awarded 4 stars as the parcel was due to be collected on Friday but the parcel was not collected until Monday which DPD did text me to say what time the parcel would be collect, and the parcel has been collected. I think the service works well but it was the delivery company that wasnt on time.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for parcel delivery! Been a customer just over a year & sent multiple boxes full of items to france only ever had 1 issue which was disappointing but that was a 1 off i aways choose DPD as carrier where possible & find the service top rate. Looking to send things overseas to places that use DPD as a courier I highly recommend using them via parcel monkey!

Worst customer service ever. Ive sent parcels with this company before and had no problem. Last parcel sent has disappeared. First it was late, then they claimed to have destroyed it, then it was lost. Every time I contact them i get the same stalling response. Please be advised that this has been brought up to the couriers attention and they are looking into this. The soonest time we hear back from them well contact you immediately. This has been on going for a month. Also to make a complaint you have to send it by post. Deliberately inconvenient.

Great service, sent some furniture to Ireland from London with ease. Dropped off the packages on Saturday at the local Post Office (cheapest option), packages, arrived to my property in Ireland by the Wednesday, courier called to check that I was in, amazing. Highly recommend!
