Honestly I thought my parcel receiving on Monday because been told 2-4 days for India. Checked all before started filing form because its urgent to send, now my Brother dont get till Wednesday soo upset whats point to send like this. I would better with Royal mail atleast get as promise.

It was great! Could not fault it. Measured and weighed my parcel, went online , filled out all my details. Within 5 mins it was all arranged. So simple. With an excellent delivery price. I dropped it of at the post office and the next day the recipient received Received the parcel in excellent condition.

I tried to have the exact same item delivered to the same
address ,using the same courier .to be picked up on the same day.
this saving time and pickup schedules .but your system kept
referring me to another courier .this I used after 4 attempts
I therefore had exactly the same item delivered by two different couriers,which were received as sent by both couriers in the time
stated I suppose just a small annoyance . too much effort applied
on my part ,will use again .as it gives am choice of cost

Paid for 24 hour service received no tracking number so totally unable to track parcel. Needless to say parcel never arrived within the 24 hours I paid for. Still waiting to hear back from parcel monkey support staff good job I sorted it with Courier myself as parcel monkey have absolutely nothing to assist didn’t mind taking my 24 delivery fee whilst providing a 48 service. No doubt their staff will have all the answers on here but sorry it’s to late for me.

great service- who put us in touch with DHL for cheaper than we could go direct (without an account). Product picked up on Tuesday afternoon and delivered to mid east France Sat Morning.
Simply printed off the labels and stuck them to the box and waited for them to be picked up - I could then track the parcel through DHL Express.

The worst company ever. First they failed to another courier on the day, I had to cancel my flight in order to send it back the next day. Then, they say it will arrive in 4 days, but its been 2 weeks now, and apparently my parcel has been damaged and stuck with Seur their partnership company. The service costumer is a joke. They keep using the same standard replies and you basically cant trust this company. Its the worst ever.

Failed to collect on the designated day, had to re book and take another day off. My pet hate about couriers. Probably give them another chance at some stage.

Parcel Monkey advertised that it would take 4-6 days for delivery when in fact it took over 14 days. Once my parcel had been collected I was then informed immediately by the tracking link how long it would actually take….. I called Parcel Monkey who said they would look in to it and come back, they never did! Poor customer care and a company that is just trying to part you with your cash! WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN

Absolutely pathetic service send parcel on 08 August to spain was told 4 days delivery then email from local Seur that parcel would be delivered Friday 16 August still no parcel , tried contacting monkey and no phone number no live chat beyond 55 mins on reply , nothing !!! Worst company I’ve used

Appreciated the nice comparison of low prices. However, was not so pleased that a surcharge for Isle of Wight (called a remote area) was added later in the process for DHL. I found that another competitor did not add that, but only after Id completed the order.

We are a PTA and used parcel monkey to return a gazebo canopy. Although the service we recieved was totally fine only a few days after using our bank card online to make the parcel monkey booking we experienced fraud on our account. As we dont use the card it is from this transaction that our details were taken and our money spent in online gambling casinos. Will not be using parcel monkey again. Thankfully our bank have returned the money.

Avoid at all costs Just like other people I was lured in by their competitive rates but was left £1000 out of pocket due to them not paying out when my item arrived damaged to the recipient. There is no telephone support so everything is done by message tickets and they offered very little help and refused to take responsibility despite before and after pictures being sent. There are loads of articles online about this very problem. Good when things go right but completely useless when things go wrong. Use at your own risk.
