Re my previous feedback, after a long and frustrating time Parcel Monkey made full payment in compensation. I have got to give them credit for that, but I do wish they would improve their communication.

3 of my 5 boxes arrived on time, 1 arrived a few days late and 1 has still not shown up 2 weeks later and I’m getting no where with them trying to find it. The boxes hat did arrive were completely crushed and smashed up with massive holes on the side that stuff probably fell out of.

Excellent service! I prepared the parcel and they came and picked it up. I was happy I didn’t have to lug a 15kg box to the post office. Everything was as advertised. Very happy! Would definitely use this parcel monkey again. Totally recommend it! Thank you

Great service and price. Would have been £57 to send to Italy with Parcel Force. With Parcel Monkey it was only £17.99 to send via Parcel Force.

The booking process was very simple to do and the collection driver was friendly and helpful.
I am still not sure if the recipient has the package as last I heard, they hadn’t.

Quick pick up - only gripe would be the 8am to 6pm window, bit of a pain to have to wait in all day. As it turned out, parcel was collected by 9am. Delivery the same deal, large window of time. Arrived Monday in France in excellent condition.

Parcels were picked up the Wednesday morning and delivered in France the Friday morning. Very impressed. One thing recommend is to make sure that your parcel is sturdy and taped well. I watched the delivery man in France take the parcels out of the man and he literally dropped them on the floor. Fortunately I had nothing breakable inside.
