Really bad since I asked It last wednesday for a urgent deliver and paid extra for It and they said they Ill be here collecting thursday and nothing then I talked with them and they say they will be here monday and here I am waiting once again and still nothing and they arent even any good at customer service they just want the money and wont care about dates..

I love using Parcel Monkey, but find that the DPD pickup points often try to avoid taking the parcel, even though PM/DPD have accepted the booking and the parcel is charged on the basis of its size and weight. I have three local pickup locations and all have tried to refuse the parcels which makes it difficult to know where to go next...

Convenient but some issues. However, the site did not make it clear that additional checks were required by the underlying delivery provider. For example ID and signed authorization (from the recipient - difficult to arrange at short notice). This caused an unexpected delay of several days to what was expected to be a 2-4 day delivery.

By far the best service Ive used, I tried parcelhero and they then tried to scam extra money out of me.
