Took money and courier (DX) didnt collect on specified day. ParcelMonkey refused us a refund saying their T&Cs say they arent responsible - nice....

Absolutely an awful company. No contact number and no direct contact locally. It’s simple, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys!

They are just careless and chose the worst company internationally. Ive sent a parcel through parcel monkey in January 2019 with paid everything. And I know that theres no charges in receivers country and already cleared from customs without any charges but the local company still demanding money from my recipient which is shameful. Now on the top of that they are saying pay us or we destroy the package.

No.1 thing on time in pick up and delivery

Paid for 24 hour delivery for 4 parcels. Only one has arrived on time in a horrible state; box was opened, items broke (despite beinv pancked in bubble wrap and clothing). Rest of the parcels arrived 3 days later also in a horrible state. Never had such a poor experience with this service. Very dissappinted.

Collected my parcels promptly, arrived in country quickly, only downside due to Turkish customs and having to pay some taxes, we had to collect from post office rather than being delivered to our address, but that being said will use this service again!

Terrible, went to pick up my items, never picked them up as the seller never packaged them in boxes and never even bothered to contact me to tell me i had to end up phning the seller 5days later to be told they would not take them ????????

Collection was over 2 hours late and PM totally unconcerned that we had taken time off work for the collection. They didnt even bother to tell us the collection would be late. They offered us a different collection on a future date.Wont use PM again!

Parcel was returned to me from South Africa to the UK on 22nd of Feb 19, without a valid reason. According to Parcel Monkey it takes 16 business days to reach their warehouse in the UK. Its now 33 business days later, with no update from Parcel Monkey as to where the parcel is or when it is expected. Every time I ask about it you have to type a message to their support team who doesnt have a clue and recite the same apologies/excuses over and over, alternatively you have to raise a ticket and management will get back to you. Well they do without answers. No one takes responsibility, they just pass you around and you cant talk to anybody. Terrible, terrible service!

I am using eBay global shipping program, the address labels you use do not have enough lines to use the whole address: something has to go. I end up writing one of the address lines onto the label with a pen. This is a serious problem, its very easy not to notice it. Needs fixing.

Easy to use. Selection of services and prices. Reliable service. If parcel going from Cornwall to Scotland the day service can sometimes take 2 days,which is fair enough. Would recommend.

Awful service. I paid and (supposedly) arranged for 7no. boxes to be internationally moved to my home country. 1no. box was returned the next day as PM had provided a duplicated label and the carrier (third party) could not deliver this. More than 1 month later and with loads of mails, they only offer a 10% of the price I paid, even though it was their mistake! And of course that box was left behind, to initial address. 2 more boxes were later returned to initial pick up point -I admit that was my mistake for including prohibited items (nail polish and spray)- BUT their condition was unimaginable! Totally ripped and I just by seeing them you can tell items have definitely fallen out. For this, they take no responsibility, they responded that the broken boxes is not proof of potential lost property. Long story short, DONT TRUST THEM, YOU PAY CHEAP BUT THEY DEFINITELY KNOW HOW TO MAKE MONEY BY ROBBING YOU FOR SERVICES THEY DONT PROVIDE.
