Did as requested. only criticism really is the 8am-6pm collection. Being able to chose am or pm would be better, having said that, I could have dragged the parcel to the post office. The parcel was collect & arrived as stated without issue.

After their courier destroyed a 150 kg concrete ball and failed to deliver it they refused to pay for the damaged ball they are also ignoring my request for refund of the delivery fee. This is totally unacceptable. I will never deal with them again and it now looks like I will have to take this through the small claims court to get my delivery fee refunded!! They really do not give a dam about customer service, once they get your money they dont want to know!!

This is the worst courier service Ive ever used, I have paid around £70 to send a parcel that has now been returned to me with the excuse that there was no customs invoice included. What kind of company has no contact number? I cant get an answer from them as to why parcel was returned
