Ok when things are going right, but not much help when things go wrong

One parcel Ironing board paid for return using Parcelforce and passed over the counter to a lady jumped from a weight of 5.8 kg to 21kg and extra charge of £52.60. No one at Parcelforce will deal with the invoice and Parcel Monkey ignores all correspondence. Very dubious customer service and complaint resolution

Very disappointed. The parcel was collected late and delivered 5 days late, causing a great deal of stress and work for us. ParcelMonkey were no assistance at all during this and we had to liaise directly with the courier - who were even worse to deal with. Shockingly bad service and no refund due to terms and conditions. We will not use ParcelMonkey again. They are a booking service and yet wash their hands of it when there is an issue.

Much cheaper than the post office, downloaded all necessary paperwork online, dropped off at my local post office and it was delivered to my daughter in Dubai 2 days later. Fantastic

I sent 4 items all double boxed . Couldnt insure as was fragile all packed in memory foam bubble wrap air bags ... 3 of the 4 parcels i have to replace as were damaged leaving me out of pocket over £150 as someone just starting a new business, i may be out of business in a month at this rate!

Parcel Monkey UK gave me a quote of 2-4 days to get my parcel of books from the UK to Tunisia. This work was then subcontracted to Courier. Not only did the parcel take over 4 days to arrive in Tunisia, but then it was handed over to their "local delivery partner" Rapid Poste Tunisia, who let it languish in a customs clearing house by Tunis Carthage Airport for over 10 days. Throughout this time, Parcel Monkey UKs customer service were unhelpful. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone, and their email support people are abrupt and dismissive. Their system considered the parcel "delivered" as it had arrived in Tunisia, even though it was not brought to my address. They kept telling me to phone the local courier they had subcontracted to, as if this was my responsibility not theirs. In the end I had to sort out the problem myself by driving down to the airport and spending two hours negotiating with Customs to have the parcel released (a job which Rapid Poste Tunisia should have done). When I told a Courier representative that Parcel Monkey UK had promised me a 2-4 day delivery time to Tunisia they said that was not possible, and they should have made me aware of the slow Customs clearing process involved in getting parcels into the country. False advertising from Parcel Monkey UK. Poor customer service. I will not use them again.

It took more than dates stated on the website to deliver the items. The DPD drop off store initially went ran out papers to issue a ticket and therefore, the shop turned down me and ad wait the following day morning to go to another location. During delivery, the delivery man demanded to pay extra money from the other end without pre warning/notification.

Very easy website to understand. Book your parcel then drop off at the post office and track from the Parcel Monkey website.

They are middlemen between courier and yourself...Because of that reason as soon as they see parcel monkey written on that label the likelihood of theft increases due to their supposedly cheaper prices. My parcel went missing and was supposedly signed by a Mr Chan - Checked the whole block and no Mr Chan resides at location and no compensation. Avoid Avoid Avoid
