Awful, couldnt be worse! I ordered & paid by Paypal & Parcel Monkey never downloaded labels. They sent me no pick-up & no drop-off info. Impossible to communicate with Parcelmonkey by phone or email. So I posted my parcel independently by Parcelforce. No further info from Parcelmonkey at all until this Trustpilot review. Parcel Monkey didnt deliver & havent refunded my payment. No service & no Refund- apalling!

Sent a parcel to Australia and after it was delivered I was charged extra. Obviously had no comeback but when I sent did exactly what was asked. Have been trying for some time to sort out but they just dont seem to be interested. They will not for whatever reason contact the delivery agents and have now dismissed the matter stating that as I did not take a photo of the parcel prior to shipment, I have no comeback. I ask, who photographs parcels before sending. DO NOT USE.

Did not arrive. When I returned from holiday I checked the tracking service. The parcel is on its way back to me. Recipient did NOT receive any notification to collect it and is unaware of any attempt to deliver it.. Total waste of time and money. Will not use this company again.VERY dissatisfied.

Worst ever company booked for 3 day international service dpd 20 days gone still in transit useless customer service and charged £8 my debit card unauthorised said weight was more thats a lie because i did weight from postoffice before sent stay clear from this company All their reviews are fake read bad reviews go with other company

Booking the service was excellent; but executing it is terrible. I was told my parcel would be picked up on Monday July 15th & delivered the following day. Up till now the parcel is yet to be delivered, and my efforts to contact Parcel Monkey through their ‘Contact Us’ email has been futile. Can you please help beg them to deliver my parcel?

The service I received was dreadful. I booked my collection in for Express 24 for 15 July. I took annual leave to wait for collection. No collection happened. Had to take next day as annual leave. Parcels got collected on 16 July but didn’t go Express 24 went on 48 hour service so missed their connecting transfer. Dreadful customer service just kept saying sorry but sometimes sorry isn’t enough. What a terrible experience. Never again
