If you have an issue don’t expect customer services to put it right. Once you’ve paid your money if the collection or delivery fails they just blame the courier and don’t want to help!!!

A very easy and efficient service. The parcel was picked up within the 1 hour time slot advised. The parcel was delivered in France 4 days later and that included the weekend and was delivered one day earlier than the original day given. I was sent a photo of the parcel in its arrival state and it was in a first class condition, no doubt a combination of good packing and good handling. Highly recommended.

Paid for 24 hour delivery (collected) parcel did not get collected wasn’t even attempted. Had to contact Parcel Monkey who were very unhelpful and just said it will be collected the next day. No partial refund even offered for delivery. Will not be using again.

I paid for a parcel to be collected from me on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and apparently the delivery company have called twice to collect the parcel but I wasn’t home (I was on both occasions!!) Very unhappy

All went as planned. Placed collection details for the next day online as usual and within minutes had received email back giving address label and proforma customs declaration for printout to be attached to parcel. Parcel was uplifted late Tuesday afternoon in very rural area of Ayrshire and delivered to my daughter on the following Monday morning in Melbourne, Absolutely no problem, couldnt have been easier. I have used Parcel Monkey on a number of occasions and will continue to do so.

I gave one star because the price is fair. I sent two parcels together at the same time to the same place, collected at the same time. However, only one was delivered to the location. Where is my another parcel? The tracking said ‘Despatched’. Why can’t my two parcels be delivered together? The receiver is not always available to wait for the parcels. It is really annoying and frustrating!

Unfortunately the only good thing about this service was that the parcel was collected on time. It now appears to have gone missing and communication between Parcel Monkey, the service provider and myself has been disappointing. The parcel was collected 6 days ago and still no-one seems to know where it is or be able to give me any feedback. Generally the service by Parcel Monkey has been good, but this week, two parcels have gone missing with two different couriers and so I will probably be switching to a different company in the future. Shame.

Within 2 hours of paying for a very competitive quote, my parcel was picked up and delivered well within the time schedule given. As requested, a copy of the signed receipt was sent to me via email. A first class service from Parcel Monkey and ParcelForce.

Astronomical price hike with no notification. l used parcel monkey for business, now l cannot rely on them. They gave no notice of price hike, therefore l could not pass this on to customers. Let down big style. while the excuse was blamed on another company , shame on parcel monkey, as this was not true.
