This is a joke of a courier company… This is a joke of a courier company that I don’t recommend and warn anybody sending package to be wary. On the 22 August 2019 I entrusted the services of Parcel Monkey to deliver my 1 consignment which consisted of 2 separate boxes and dropped the said consignment off at DPD office. 2 weeks go by and no contact. 9 September I have a message sent to me saying that one of the 2 packages were contaminated and that it was been returned to the depot. After originally paying £144.01 I was asked to pay another £15.00 to have the contaminated package returned to my address. Another 7 days go by and no contact from PM. After a barrage of emails to PM there was no clear communication from Zak, Jac, and a consistent run around and complete unprofessional conduct. On the 3rd week, the expected contaminated package was expected to be delivered and wasn’t. After speaking with DPD it was rearranged to be delivered to correct origin. On receiving half the consignment it was realised that the package received was not the contaminated package. When questioning the location of second said package there was no response from PM. 7 days later I get an email saying that the 2nd package has been lost!!! Not any one point have PM offered me a refund and have directed me to the claims department with them now rejecting my claim due to not having receipts for the items that were purchased or gifted 12/18 months ago and part receipts were in the lost package. Complete and utter joke and this company needs its practised reviews by government watch dog for taking advantage and not adhering to consumer rights.

Great service! I posted a valuable, fragile lighting unit to Spain. I was amazed at the low cost and the item was collected within the day. It arrived in Spain quickly and in perfect condition. Communication was great too. I would definitely use the service again

Not great, after I chose who was to deliver my parcels (Courier) they gave me a time frame of when they would collect. They didnt turn up on time & I had to go to work, so I spoke to parcel monkey online, they were slow & quite rude.....not impressed!

I had heavy parcels ~30kg delivered internationally from UK to Finland. All parcels were picked up seamlessly and delivered to the door on the other side. A couple of the boxes were in a bad shape when they arrived which had caused some damage to some smaller items inside but otherwise the delivery was great, and I will use the service again definitely.

Spot on saved me travelling 212 miles round trip they sent me a pdf print out label but it was getting picked up from wisbeach not from where i was so the chap who parceled it up i told him the numbers to write on it. it got delivered next day brilliant. Thanks

Terrible unprofessional. I waited in on the collection day. I put a not on the door saying I was in & to ring loudly. Put a telephone number on it so the driver might phone if he had a problem. I was in the kitchen mainly for the whole time. Th driver put a note through the door to tell me to reschedule collection. Did he ring the bell? unlikely. He was probably trying to keep to some impossible schedule set for him by Parcelforce. or is so badly paid & treated by Parcelforce that he cant be bother ed to do his job properly. Whatever. And it is not cheap to use Parcelforce. I paid over #25 for this package to be collected to go to eh north of England. Shame on Parcelforce.

This was our first time with Parcel Monkey and we could not be more pleased. Everything was easy online - labels printed and off to the Post office. The price was little more than half the Parcel Force cost, and it arrived just the same! Well definitely be Monkeying again.
