I regularly use Parcel Monkey, and Im extremely happy with their service. Very competative prices, nothing gets lost in transit, and everything arrives in one piece. The courier companies they use are the best ones.

Parcel monkey is a joke I sent a parcel to Italy and they set it me back saying there was somthing wrong with the address so I sent it with royal mail witch was cheaper aswell and it got there when I asked parcel monkey for a refund the refund would not recommend at all

I sent a 55 inch tv to poland from the uk, the tv got there but lots of damage to the box on arrival but luckily I packaged well and no damage! It was supposed to be delivery by road but courier said he picked up from airport so maybe not by road as booked!

The system was easy to use the parcel was delivered as expected. So really pleased, however really disappointed with the attitude of the driver collecting the parcel. He was so rude and threatened us with the parcel being left at the depot because it was overweight. When it wasnt as we had used the correct weight and dimensions on the original packaging. Really dislike bad attitude for a service industry

I booked a 2 days delivery. Its been 7 days (5 without week-end) and I still dont have it. According to the tracking number, my package hasnt moved in the past 24h.

Totally disappointed and dissatisfied I paid for a next day service for return of two large items - nobody came to collect and nobody phoned to explain why - the following day I waited and nobody came. I’m still waiting for somebody to contact me despite leaving messages. If anyone is interested to check with me the ref no is PM7652296. I have left messages and I’m still being ignored. I would not recommend this courier at all.

Do not use this service. I agreed a price with them prior to them delivering my product (£11). However, a month after it was delivered they said their laser machines measured it to be 30cm larger than I said. This consequently increased the estimated volumetric weight by 25kg. They then charged be an excess of £55, 5 times my original price.

Our package arrived in Corfu, Greece within 5 working days. Excellent service. It is a shame that the minimum parcel weight is 1kg as our letter was less than 100g. However this is a more reliable delivery option for important documents than relying on ordinary post.

This is worst experience I ever had. Earlier I used to send my parcel through Courier. Their delivery time was 2-3 days. Every time they were delivering in that time frame. This time I used DPD using Parcel Monkey. DPD time frame was 2-4 days. Today is 8th day, my parcel is not reached yet. Dont use DPD guys.
