Easy to use website. Booked on Sunday, collected Monday, delivered in Germany on Wednesday as promised. Delivery tracking worked a treat.

I sent a parcel containing my mothers walking aid to my brother in Cornwall. I measured it and weighed it correctly. And was charged £27.00. All good untill I received an email from the you saying that an extra charge of£52.60 was taken from my account as it was too large for the courier. That I dont understand. So it cost me over £75.00 to send it! It definitely weighed 9.00kg. And the measurements were correct which I was quoted for the original charge.

Was told when I booked parcel that it would be delivery in 3days UK to Czech, I dropped off parcel on Monday and is now Saturday still not arrived in Czech

Triggered by the high Royal Mails charge to deliver a light weight, largish box to Germany, Parcel Monkey (then new to me) screened and gave options of carriers including insurance. Once selection was made, was quick to execute and label, drop off recommendation sent by email soon after. Took the stress for this infrequent parcel mailer!

I a action taken by m very satisfied with your service. I am a bit not happy with what the DHL personnel deed to my parcel in Oman. I have not yet received it because of minor confusion about its delivery without an invoice.

Useless company. The clue is they don’t give you a phone number to contact them. The courier that they book refuses to communicate with you. So when things go wrong you have no chance of resolving the problem. I would avoid them like the plague and book direct - at least then you can contact your courier if they let you down.

Awful. Parcel Monkey dont collect on time, some times even a couple of days after. You need to chat with them and beg that they come.

The package has been dropped and the package and contents have been damaged. I have copies of pictures of the unopened damaged package and the damaged contents. I am waiting for an assessment of cost or replacement or if the damage can be repaired. Your delivery man must have known the package delivered was damaged. Please open a compensation claim for this delivery.
