Parcel didnt arrive on the 48 hour service I paid for and was left behind some bins at my parents house!

I sent a pair of shoes worth 355 pounds. I tracked the parcel ten days later it said it was in transit. I go on holiday and come back and find a message that the item has not been received by the receipient. I raised a claim immediately after being notified. They lost my parcel and are refusing to compensate me. There is the communication. I will be taking them to trading standards and the small claims court! Hi Feisal, Parcel Monkey conducts business in accordance with its standard Terms and Conditions of Carriage; these conditions can be found on the Parcel Monkey’s Website or at the time the order was processing. Please be advised that when you or your representative signed the ‘Shipper’s agreement’ section of the Terms and Conditions, you entered into a legally binding contract and agreed that Parcel Monkey’s Terms and Conditions were all the terms of the contract between Parcel Monkey and yourself. Clause 10 provides that all lost claims must be reported to Parcel Monkey within 5 working days from the scheduled delivery date. Our records indicate that your shipment was collected by Parcel Monkey on (02/10/2019) and that your first notification to Parcel Monkey was on (04/11/2019). Up until arriving for delivery in USA first class service but USA postal service run at about 50% of Royal Mail service. Tracking said delivery had been attempted twice, recipient was in both times with no knocking at their door. I gave them tracking number and they had to find website and request delivery as obviously no note was left to say missed delivery as they hadnt been near door. Delivery finally arrived 6 days after should have been there.

This is the second time I’ve used parcel monkey and I really can’t fault them. The first time I sent a parcel to Greece and this time I send a parcel to the other end of the U.K., both times large, heavy parcels, both times they got there when they were supposed to, and both times for a fraction of the cost of going directly with parcel force. Super easy to do and will definitely use them again.

Apart from delivery all was superb .... two items collected ... selected 24 hour delivery by Parcel Force .. one took 24 hours the second took 48 hours with no attempt at delivery , at least no card left even though recipient was at home... will use again but Will think about selecting Parcel Force From the options
