Last Monday l sent a parcel to Italy it still hasn’t arrived they are saying there isn’t enough address I have had the address check and it is right I have been sending parcels to the address for the last twenty year and never had this problem before Iam very disappointed with your service Parcel number EK619072765

Absolutely excellent service, website easy to navigate and a selection of prices. 8.8Kg parcel collected at 1745 hrs on the Monday and delivered in Frankfurt, Germany on the Thursday afternoon. Would highly recommend using Parcel Monkey.

Excellent service, parcel was collected and delivered before the estimate. Will definitely be using ParcelMonkey in the future for my heavier items. As a start up business it helps a lot to know I can rely on their service. I used DPD in this instance.

In nearly all cases the parcels were collected on time and delivered on time. Only problems of collection and delivery were on packages over 30kg.

We started to use parcel monkey as we heard through the grapevine these are the guys that compare the best price, for sending and receiving parcels. I have not had any faults with Parcel Monkey what-so-ever and they deliver great customer service!

I had to arrange delivery of some large heavy speakers. I tried ParcelForce directly via their website. I then found, through Parcel Monkey, that I could arrange for them to be sent via ParcelForce at a lower cost!

First time Ive used Parcel Monkey. Quick search found cheaper quote than if Id gone direct (to DPD). No problems with drop off, and item delivered overseas (to Portugal from UK) in less than a week.

Very straightforward to use. Much cheaper than just taking parcels to the post office. Hint - when you get to the page where you specify parcel details, scroll to the bottom first, and fill in the itemised list of parcel contents and their values. That will add everything up for you, making it easier to fill in the bits higher up the screen about insurance. Also dont forget to print off the customs declaration!

Probably the worst parcel service available. A week after my parcel was sent to Australia, it mysteriously returned to my next door neighbours house. Its chosen courier, DPD, says "not our fault, Parcel Monkey failed to insert the address into our system." Parcel Monkey, who only work Monday-Friday, after lengthy emails, merely offered me a refund, with no apology.

Disappointed in transit time. This package took far too long to arrive at its destination, and did not include the adequate customs information for a speedy delivery. I sent another package with a different (notoriously slower) courier the next day and it still arrived nearly a week before the ParcelMonkey delivery. Customer service was of minimal help when contacted.

placed an order on Sunday for Monday collection. It said the print label will be available in 30 mins...why not immediately I don’t quite understand. So I wait half hour and still nothing. So sent an email. Monday morning they process the order for collection on Tuesday. What was the point of using this pathetic system. Would be quicker to take it to the post office. For something that’s relatively simple, the technology is quite poor with this company!

Really misleading service. They will sell you an upgraded compensation and insurance package and then when things go wrong say your item doesnt comply with their restricted item list which covers almost every item you can imagine. Still happy to take the payment and upgraded insurance without upgrading their service in any way. AVOID

Excellent online service cuts out a lot of hassle. Note that whilst Parcelforce in comparison website Royal Mail is not. For small parcels 2KG or less where you don’t want any insurance RM significantly cheaper than the options on this site, so just need to be aware. But can’t fault the system itself - good one!

I would have given 5* but it said the parcel had been signed for but it wasn’t! The parcel could have gone anywhere! Spoiling Christmas for my Granddaughter.
