I lost 920 pounds They recomended me to take ukmail . I toke it and payed 36 pounds inssurance for sending Pamp Gold sold on ebay . UKmail lost it and said they dont cover gold . Parcel Monkey dont help you at all you . They are itermediaire , they just say we are sorry . Incredible why they toke 36 pounds for inssure what ?? How to do aigainst them ?

When youre choosing which deal to book with they all say pickup today or drop your parcel today, but of course they dont at weekends. I got caught out with this on a Sat morning, which added couple extra days. You have to go into the operator details and read all small print.

Dispatched item on 8-0ct expected to arrive at destination 3-4 days and still not delivered. Tracking updates useless with confusing information. Not worth using for any urgent delivery.

Almost 40,000 reviews? For a UK delivery company? It’s possible. But what’s more likely is this scam of a company bought those good reviews. My personal problem is they’ll sell you the insurance for and ship a package that’s on their “restricted items list”, but then if they lose the package, they’ll just give you back the $8 you paid for the insurance instead of covering the loss. You’ll suddenly hear a lot about how your “documents”, “watch”, or “Christmas cookies” are on a restricted items list. And then you’ll soon realize this company has no phone number and then you’re suddenly out $1000. go FEDEX or just anyone else. Don’t try to save money here.

Terrible company, pathetic customer services fraudulent use of insurance. Can I urge anyone who has experienced denial of insurance claims from this company to report them to the FCA. Simply search FCA on the internet and fill out their online form. If we can get enough people complaining, the FCA will might do something about them. Charging clients for insurance of goods then denying the claims due to false reason is fraud. Reasons for denying claims such as, timing out after 7 days when customer services take days to respond to simple questions, perhaps never responded apart from telling you your claim has timed out. Denying claims for damages after they have lost the return item. Asking for photographs of damages when they have lost the package. Denying claims for damages due to timing you out as they keep asking for the same information, when you have supplied the information multiple times to multiple agents. Denying claims for damages after sending proof that item was well packaged in manufactures boxes and damages was so severe that only severe mis handling could have caused damages. I urge anyone with similar experiences to complain to the FCA as this is mis selling of insurance.

Hi good prices and selection of pickup or drop off. Surprising some days DHL are best other ties parcel force or DPD. Not too good on light weight items under kilo.

BEWARE if you ever need to make a claim it a long and drawn out process as you have to deal through Parcel monkey instead of directly with the courier. It took over 8 weeks and dozens of messages and phone calls to eventually get paid out. They then refused to refund the cost of the initial postage even though the courier told me they WILL refund it to Parcel Monkey !

Much easier than going to the shippers direct and, as far as I could see, much better prices. After that, DPD did fine. Site tries to collect more personal data than seems relevant for the purpose ... they need to think a bit more about that.

Parcel was delivered 4 days late and significantly damaged. Raised an issue with Parcel Monkey and didnt receive any response whatsoevrr. Very poor service and definitely will not use again.

I am very happy with the service! The Parcel Monkey gave the right option for my parcel, showed me the cheapest one and then, the delivery was super quick, the service price comparison was accurate and better than on other websites, that gave me more expensive options. Thank you very much again!

Was charged twice for the same transaction. Left a message with the customer services...still not had a refund...waiting 4 days later. Great actual service from a courier point of view however. Please sort my refund out ASAP

In the last six months I had over 37 damaged items and no compensation due to the long winded process and pictures required, it seams they will do what they can to not pay out on insurance, moved over to TNT and very happy now.
