Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a joke. Paid £48.34 for collection of a rug that needed to be next day. Rug wasnt collected having waited in all day and lost a days pay at work. Cant speak to anyone on the phone only live chat. Told no refund is possible only if I cancel the collection. Would NEVER reccomend.

ill start by saying that the service is great in theory and Im a fan of the idea. But unfortunately, the last experience Ive had has been terrible, I booked a pick-up for Wednesday past (no time slot allocated) so I ensured someone was present the whole day... (8am-6pm) in order to hand the package over- not ideal but ok.I didnt gain any notification saying the courier is en route the whole day so decided to call DPD and Parcel Monkey to find out what the update is...DPD instructed that I get in contact with Parcel Monkey as "the pick-up hasnt been booked in yet" by Parcel Monkey- this was around 6pm on Wednesday.I call Parcel Monkey which was extremely dismissive to my concern and asked if Id like to cancel the courier... at that stage I just wanted to know if the courier was coming or not as I have someone waiting around... they said no one was coming and would need to rearrange a pick-up which is a massive inconvenience to me as I cant have people at the location as and when I please as you can imagine. Today I asked if I can re-arrange the booking for me to drop off the package at a "drop off location". The short of it is no without canceling the order and rearranging for drop-off. The most frustrating part of this all is that none of this would have happened or been communicated if I didnt get in contact and draw it out of the support team. Its been an annoying experience from beginning to end.

Utter rubbish. Paid 60gbp to send a parcel from uk to australia ahead of my move there, after id left the uk i get a message saying there was a problem with it and i could either pay 14gbp to send back to original address (which i no longer lived at). trying to contact parcel monkey was a nightmare. constant emails, no answer. waited ages for a "customer service representative". dont bother. just use one of the big boys and pay the extra.

My goods got damaged and parcel monkey weren’t willing to refund me atol. They are now ignoring my emails. They don’t have a contact telephone number either. The service they have given has been shocking. I will continue to let others know about them. Avoid avoid avoid. Also on their fb page loads of people including myself are leaving comments on their status’s to warn others and they have now stopped people from commenting altogether. Such a bad business

I can give almost 5 stars for your service. The only thing that I am disappointed with is the number of items which are excluded from loss/damage during transit. I can understand the exclusions in case of fragile items, but a blanket exclusion will me make me think twice before using your couriers again.

Beware of using this service. They disclaim all responsibility after taking your money and blame the courier company. Our goods were not delivered and the courier company sent us an has been delivered update. They did not even attempt to make delivery and were fraudulent. Parcelmonkey (who our contract is with) refused to be responsible and also made up different stories about what could have happened, without bothering to check. I have spent over 3 hours trying to contact the courier directly and trying to contact parcel monkey. They have not refunded me also for the delivery fees paid.

Avoid using parcel monkey, they may be cheap but you get what you pay for. I sent a parcel with a next day delivery service on Tuesday, every day the parcel delivery date changes to the following day. I have taken this up with parcel monkey customer service and they seem to be completely inept. They are unable to give any further information on the situation and advise I continue to wait. They expect me to tell the recipient of my parcel to keep taking time off of work as they do not have the decency to contact the company that picked up my parcel, to find any further information on the situation.

Hi, a customer contacted me 3 days ago (from Sri Lanka) and says he wants to buy something. I offer him Royal mail delivery in 5-7 days for £3.45 or a Parcel Monkey courier in 4 days for £18. He opts for Parcel Monkey. Now Parcel Money have not collected on Tuesday as promised, or today (Wednesday) as promised, how do you think my customer, and I feel about your service? I see no happy way out of this scenario. Not at all happy.

Avoid! I booked a collection via ParcelMonkey which was due to be picked up yesterday, 22nd October. Nobody turned up. Collection rebooked for today, 23rd October. Again, nobody turned up. Nothing but canned responses and disinterest from Parcel Monkey. They deleted one of my messages from their online "help" system with no indication as to why (the message was not abusive) and I have had to constantly badger them for even the most basic of information. It will be a cold day in hell before I even consider using ParcelMonkey again, or the courier who failed to show (twice) - DPD UK. This whole episode cost me two days worth of holiday waiting in the house for no reason whatsoever, and ParcelMonkey are just not interested. An utter disgrace.
