Amazing service, the only problem we had was that the lables didnt get sent propperly and the numbers got cut off, and i had to get in contact, and as i didnt know this was problem had to rush to get what was missing when the courier came to pick up, he was very nice and said we could txt the rest of te code to him, this was parcel force, rely good service and it only took4 days to get from uk to spain.

A company Parcel Force never delivered my parcel to Turkey and they lost the same parcel when it was coming from the UK to Germany. Parcel Monkey told me to pay for the second shipment and also have been extremely slow and annoying on refund and claim process and the first thing that told me was "it is actually not our fault..". Well sorry, it is my fault actually.

Very unreliable company. Half my items posted never made it to destination. Then they just keep saying “parcel found “ when it hasn’t been. Worst of all o had an email today from trust poorly that parcel 2 go has deleted my last review.
