Used Parcel Monkey twice now to organise the shipping of large items. System worked very well, fair price from a selection of couriers. Printed labels at home, attached them to the packages and simply dropped them off with the courier. Worked exactly as stated without any issues.

Sent a £250 Amazon return via parcel monkey/Courier and despite Courier saying it was delivered, amazon have no trace!@ first and last time I will use Parcel Monkey!!!!

The recipient has not yet received the parcel I sent under the 48 hour guarantee parcel force. It has been 4 days over the two day wait. I am Absolutely raging about this, as I payed money for this service and didnt even get a explanation as to why or what has happened.

Last week I used parcel monkey to deliver three parcels from France to the UK. They were collected on Monday 4th September, no tracking information from them until Wednesday. Two parcels were delivered on Thursday but one hasnt been delivered! Ive sent endless messages to parcel monkey; no phone number available, messaging only! Not had a response from them since Friday 6th September when I informed them that DPD had informed me my parcel is missing. Its Tuesday 10th September and still no response from parcel monkey.

Terrible service. My package has been stuck in the international sorting centre since August 29th. When I followed the link for assistance it took me to Parcelforce who responded that I would have to raise the issue with Parcelmonkey. I will never use this service again.
