Used parcel monkey several times and on more than one occasion there was a mixup either with delivery or collection. Take my advice, use UK Mail.

Left a watch in hotel in majorca. It was of great sentimental value. Parcel monkey arranged with DHL for it to be collected and returned to me in uk. Everything went quickly and smoothly with regular updates etc. Took a lot of hassle out of making my own arrangements. Would definitely use again.

Ive used the parcel monkey business account service for almost a year now. Booked parcels as normal and they werent collected, and customer service proceeded to rebook these for me every day for 1 week, still no collection. At the end of the week I am told that there is no business account they offer and has been closed. No notice to me or i presume any other business customers about this and caused huge disruption to my customers. All had to be refunded for postage (of which I then had to book elsewhere) and parcel monkey claim i am not due any compensation whatsoever. They only compensate for lost or damaged parcels - not ones which they didnt pick up for 5 days and then cancelled. Has thrown my business into mayhem and I have 20 very unhappy customers who Im sure wont return to me. Customer service is absolutely abysmal - they take forever to get back to you and never explain whats happening, and simply offer apologies which mean nothing at stages like I had gotten to. I encourage anyone to avoid this company - even though it seems easy service, prices are fair - when something goes wrong, you will not be helped in any way, and for this point Im taking my business elsewhere. It will cost me more money but i will have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong, I will be dealt with as I should be, fairly and promptly. This experience after a year of using this service has hugely disappointed and frustrated me and has cost me hundreds of pounds in compensation to my customers. Parcel monkey do not care for individuals and simply are out for themselves. Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

Fairly straight forward to use, I printed the label and took parcel to my local post office. Delivered next day as required. Assume no damage as no come back, would use again.

Impossible to communicate with this company. A waste of time and money taking out any extra insurance. Your much better off dealing directly with a shipper.....Its just like those three monkeys See no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil and well all go away!

Great service for posting gifts to family in the US. Speedy delivery which can be tracked, and notification for the recipient when the parcel is out for delivery. Great value too. Only downside was filling out the customs form, which can be lengthy if you are sending a number of small items; clothing has to be itemised singly- but definitely worth the effort for the peace of mind and safe, secure service. Would definitely recommend!

Lost my parcel and have not made any logical effort to help me. No accountability themselves but also dont ask anything of their couriers. Keep getting irrelevant answers and constant investigations that have taken weeks and then someone ignores all of my information and asks for the same thing I already provided a month ago. DO NOT USE.

I sent a small package to southern Ireland on 29th August. It is now 16th Sept, and the package has not been delivered. PM Tracking system sends me to the Parcelforce website, which tells me that the package was collected from the Post Office on 29th August, and nothing else. Customer service at this company is a joke, I paid well over the odds for this parcel to be delivered quickly. I would not advise anyone to use this company, especially if you need your item delivered quickly, or in my case even delivered.

Brilliant as usual, picked up the parcel from my daughter in the UK on the Tuesday and it was here with us in France on Thursday morning. All in tact, all safely delivered and all for less than £20, amazing value and service. I cannot recommend highly enough, thank you to all involved in this smooth, efficient service.

Charged my card and invoiced me for amount, nearly 5 times the original delivery cost, citing my package was larger than the dimensions I provided - which I dispute. They cannot provide supporting evidence for the additional charge. You decide whether to use them.

I sent a very large shipment of stock to the USA. Half of it ended up in Penzance, UK, and promptly disappeared from the couriers radar. Now you might be thinking this is a simple situation. The courier admits its gone, the recipient never got it, I had insured it for £1000. But no. Instead they quibble, delay, thank me for my patience and then over TWO MONTHS LATER after a period of complete silence they send me a SINGLE EMAIL giving me SEVEN DAYS to respond and claim compensation. Unfortunately some of us cant always be tied to our inboxes and it was missed by a few days. Now however they claim that the claim window is closed. It was open for two months while I waited patiently but now apparently theyd rather keep my money and run. So now Im left with having to argue with them on a daily basis until they either pay what they owe or I take them to small claims court. NEVER USE THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Parcel booked last Friday to be collected Monday parcel force didn’t collect so we rebooked for Tuesday On a 48 hour delivery . My customer still hasn’t received .
