This is my first experience of using parcel monkey and I’m very pleased with the whole experience from booking the service that suited my needs to payment and throughout the collection of my parcel to the satisfaction of knowing my parcel arrived safely with my customer and in good time - easy to use website and a really good experience would use again for sure.

A parcel, packe online with the t&Cs was delivered with contents damaged It was delivered through these Monkeys via ParcelForce and arrived as specified when the delivery was ordered. The package contents (A heavy speaker) arrived damaged. I sent all pics of damage to the Monkeys with a claim for £50 maximum. I wrote to them to claim, submitting pictures of evidence of gross mistreatment of the strong double walled box, the packaging and the damaged contents. They said they would handle it "in house" even though I insisted that Parcelforce had obviously caused the damage and I wanted to claim directly from them. They have refused compensation and despite me asking for the consignment number used by parcelforce so I could claim directly they now tell me on last correspondance "As we are the account holder and you selected the service through us, we have provided you with the outcome based on the information you have sent us, as per our claims process. We can raise this with Parcel Force, however it is likely that they will advise the same." They are stretching this out so it will be too late for Parcelforce to bother due to the long time I have been trying to get the claim from them. If your sending a parcel through these Monkeys then beware! If you want to claim you wont get diddly squat. I wonder if they pay Parcelforce for the insurance at all????

Needed a multi package delivery option for a Facebook purchase that was way too far to collect. I was quoted £55 by the seller (heavy tent)
I went to Parcel Monkey and only paid £22 I was able to track my parcel and it arrived when expected. (48hr) Will definitely use again

I was told my parcel will be delivered on Tuesday (mind you I left this parcel on Friday after 04:00pm and I had purchased parcelforce 24) and it was only delivered on Wednesday late afternoon - terrible business

DPD lost my parcel, contacted parcel monkey on 13th September. After a lot of back and forth with ridiculous responses, agreed a full refund of the price of the item on THE 9TH OF OCTOBER! for whatever reason they decided paying it in 2 batches would be a good idea but the relevant departments didnt talk to each other. im still waiting on most of it. Have messaged via every contact detail I can find, Including the Directors facebook page and still nothing. Ridiculous service, Avoid at all costs. Ill be leaving this Review everywhere I can write one.

Simply useless cannot explain where driver is or was as had no collection which was urgent, the chat line customer service was awful and clueless. Kept me waiting for an age then replies with sorry we cant trace driver or find out why he didnt collect. Utter rubbish

Used parcelforce via parcel monkey, paid for 48 tracked parcel, I sent the parcel on the 14th October and as of yet, today date is the 25th October, it’s still not been delivered, I’ve contacted them on several times and received Various excuses to why my parcel hasn’t been delivered, I will be very cautious who I use in future.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a joke. Paid £48.34 for collection of a rug that needed to be next day. Rug wasnt collected having waited in all day and lost a days pay at work. Cant speak to anyone on the phone only live chat. Told no refund is possible only if I cancel the collection. Would NEVER reccomend.

ill start by saying that the service is great in theory and Im a fan of the idea. But unfortunately, the last experience Ive had has been terrible, I booked a pick-up for Wednesday past (no time slot allocated) so I ensured someone was present the whole day... (8am-6pm) in order to hand the package over- not ideal but ok.I didnt gain any notification saying the courier is en route the whole day so decided to call DPD and Parcel Monkey to find out what the update is...DPD instructed that I get in contact with Parcel Monkey as "the pick-up hasnt been booked in yet" by Parcel Monkey- this was around 6pm on Wednesday.I call Parcel Monkey which was extremely dismissive to my concern and asked if Id like to cancel the courier... at that stage I just wanted to know if the courier was coming or not as I have someone waiting around... they said no one was coming and would need to rearrange a pick-up which is a massive inconvenience to me as I cant have people at the location as and when I please as you can imagine. Today I asked if I can re-arrange the booking for me to drop off the package at a "drop off location". The short of it is no without canceling the order and rearranging for drop-off. The most frustrating part of this all is that none of this would have happened or been communicated if I didnt get in contact and draw it out of the support team. Its been an annoying experience from beginning to end.

Utter rubbish. Paid 60gbp to send a parcel from uk to australia ahead of my move there, after id left the uk i get a message saying there was a problem with it and i could either pay 14gbp to send back to original address (which i no longer lived at). trying to contact parcel monkey was a nightmare. constant emails, no answer. waited ages for a "customer service representative". dont bother. just use one of the big boys and pay the extra.

My goods got damaged and parcel monkey weren’t willing to refund me atol. They are now ignoring my emails. They don’t have a contact telephone number either. The service they have given has been shocking. I will continue to let others know about them. Avoid avoid avoid. Also on their fb page loads of people including myself are leaving comments on their status’s to warn others and they have now stopped people from commenting altogether. Such a bad business
