Continuations of problems Leading on from my previous review. Parcel Monkey are still stalling regarding the missing item. They requested my order number from Trust Pilot, so they are fully aware of what order this relates to. On their chat thread, I have requested a claim to be opened for the missing item. This was not done. I then requested company information to enable a Money Claim Online case to be opened, they refused to give this information. I found the majority of it on the web in the public domain anyway and relayed this to them, including the details of their three current managing directors. I requested that the claim is opened within 24 hours or letters of intent will be sent to the MDs to recover my losses. I then got a reply saying it would be passed to their claims team as the item, however, as expected this wasnt actioned. So letters on intent will be sent to day by post and email giving a time frame to have this entire case settled. If after that point it is now, a MoneyClaim Online will be filed against them (they already have a few) and a certain newspaper who has run stories on them before will be contacted. Blood from a stone, but I will get my pint.

The price for delivering a parcel was a lot cheaper than going to the post office. I chose 48 hours delivery and parcel arrived on time. I would use Parcel Monkey again.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! They lost my package worth £200, I even paid extra for insurance incase it got lost. All it was was legal documents that had to be notarised by a notary public. They refuse to compensate on my items lost and my delivery cost apparently according to their T&Cs I need to report it lost within 5days. However their tracking said they have it with them at Hub4 - Hinckley Depot but there was no update after that. I reported it two weeks later because it never changed its status. I have used PacelMonkey many times but they have disappointed me and I will do everything I can until I am fully compensated.

Absolutely appalling! No collection from courier two days running. Parcelmonkey staff only able to give weak apologies. Unable to speak with courier directly and Parcelmonkey only offer to "look into it for you". Waste of two days. Order cancelled and will take my business elsewhere!

Keep clear parcel lost paid insurance extra only to find out no compensation not eligible complete joke company and keep clear of parcelforce thay lost my parcel 24 hour delivery

Terrible service! My parcel was not collected on the day I booked it for, I didnt receive any updates on my collection and no reason for it not being picked up. I then rescheduled the collection for the next day and again this was not picked up. No communication to tell me why this was not picked up.

My parcel wasnt delivered. Probably stolen by the driver. I filed a case. After a month of emailing back and forth, they told me I wouldnt be compensated because I didnt start the case within 7 days. (I filed the case the next day after it was supposedly delivered and again after 5 days) Now they are telling me to write a letter of complaint. They lost my 450 pounds parcel, I provided all the proof right away. The parcel was insured, but they will do nothing about it! Its Shameless and criminal! Im so mad and disappointed words cant begin to describe!

Booking of the parcel was very straightforward, and the item was delivered well within the quoted delivery period - no hassle at the Post Office on dropping the parcel off, and the tracking service worked really well.

Parcel was not collected on the day it was meant to be collected. Parcel Monkey simply apologised and rescheduled parcel to be picked up another day. Blamed the courier company - DPD. I now have to reprint labels etc. as there is a change in tracking details due to change in pick up date. Just an inconvenience... Lets see if parcel is collected tomorrow - wont hold my breath. I will not use parcel monkey again nor DPD again. I do however realize why they are called Parcel Monkey now..!

Do not use this company! Booked next day collections paid over £30 to get something to Australia. Got email from Parcel Monkey telling me DPD would pick itup on the day I booked it. It wasnt. As per Parcel Moneky instructions I didnt contact DPD direct. I contacted Parcel Monkey (had to wait until next day as no out of hours number) They dont know why courier didnt pick it up and cant tell me what time its going to be picked up today. I booked the 3-5 day service and already one of the days is taken up in the collection not happening. Customer service is pointless if theyre not going to chase the courier for why it wasnt collected. No offer of compensation even though they failed to deliver the booked for and paid for service. They tell me Parcel Monkey are a price comparison site but I paid them and the emails come from them. This was an expensive mistake that ultimately will fail to deliver my parcel in time for its planned use.

Would not use again Booked a 24-hour service through them for two parcels being sent to the same address and one arrived 72 hours after booking and the other 96 hours after booking. The parcels contained wedding stationery for a destination wedding and needed to arrive before the couple left. The second parcel arrived a day before they were due to leave so was cutting it very fine and was stressful for me and my customer. Parcel Monkey were less than helpful when I spoke to them on their online chat to ask if the second parcel would be delivered in time, simply saying follow the tracking to get updates. I ended up dealing with the courier direct myself. Therefore it is simply pointless booking through Parcel Monkey, might as well just book direct with courier as they offer you no support when parcels are late.

The service is very good and you dont necessary need to go to the Post Office as they collect the parcels at home. The prices are also very competitive. I rate 4 stars just because you dont know when the driver comes to collect the items, you have to be available between 8am and 6pm...
