Needed a coffee machine collected and delivered to me.
The seller didn’t have a printer and wouldn’t write my address on and using these there was no need for the seller to have the hassle of doing it.
They literally collected it and delivered to me the next day or two. Honestly effortless service and really reliable, will defo be using again.

One of the parcels was collected a day late, and all were delivered late. If I had not been in contact with parcelforce in Bristol direct I would have waited days for my parcels, Parcelforce have no collect time notices, no delivery time notices and noone to contact. Terrible service.

Used Parcel Monkey as recommended by Amazon as I had to return a damaged large item. Parcel Force came and collected the package. They were efficient and polite. Good communication throughout. Bit pricey but Amazon paid.

Parcel Monkey is easy and provides cheap deliveries. But my parcel (that went from UK to Poland) shipped with Parcelforce came damaged - outside and some items inside too.

We checked with Homebase truro by phone that DPD picked up from there it was ok but the service desk were not happy they said the parcel was too big and too heavy but they took it after a bit of discussion and DPD collected it. We tracked it to Spain and it arrived 7 days later just fine well done parcel monkey

Easy to use and reliable so far. but take it from me.....Its what these couriers do or dont do for you when things go wrong, that matters.
Dont lose my items.
dont leave them on a doorstep in the UK in 2019
dont give it to the wrong address.
dont break it.
If you break it or lose it, get your money out asap.
DONT MAKE US TRAWL FOR YOUR DELIBERATELY HIDDEN CLAIM FORMS.
Narcissism will lose you customers like Ratners jewellers.

They dont even deserve one star!!! Parcelmonkey thank you for removing my ability to comment on your posts on facebook. You’re going to be VERY busy doing that as all comments are negative for your terrible service. When you refund me the £459 you owe me, there will no longer be a need to comment. DO NOT USE. I sent a brand new oven via them with insurance, it never got back to manufacturer. I took their insurance. They have refused to pay !!! Seems they do it often. Looks as if ok if you dont have a problem but DIRE if you do! DONT RISK IT!! Im going to have to take them to court. This has been ongoing since January!

Sent a parcel of clothes to my daughter in Dubai, listed them, declared the value but it was not made clear the she would have to pay import duty on them even though she will be bringing them back to the U.K. They cost us a fortune so would not use this service again.

Having organised a Before 9AM (next day) delivery I found out later that Parcelforce had not even collected the goods until the following day. Despite me asking Parcel Monkey to get this re-directed asap, I received no help whatsoever in trying to facilitate that. The only thing I received were denials of responsibility. The "customer service" operative/bot even tried to tell me my delivery wasnt even late. My advice - if youre concerned something might go wrong, avoid this company and use a competitor, preferably one with a phone line, who will at least try and assist you. Never again.

AVOID IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL COLLECTED AND DELIVERED Shame there wasn’t an option for zero star. I paid for the most expensive pallet service they offer (24 hour delivery via dx couriers) cost well over £100 for delivery. I arranged this to be collected on Thursday and delivered on Friday for a customer who bought a £2000 boiler from me. Nobody turned up, i contacted them the following day and was told it would rebooked collection. I said ok, what can be done re the delivery costs as I paid for 24 hours, the most expensive service and isn’t going to be delivered via 24 hours. I was advised no compensation is offered, I would still be for paying 24 hour delivery and no date even for the collection! AVOID these Also 3 - 5 working days for refund ???? what a joke
