Easy, quick comparison of different courier service providers, cheaper than the direct courier service provider, but I would suggest always check on Parcel Monkey and direct with the courier company.

Please be advised that although we look into claims in house, we also open a claim with the courier. Our desicion on a claim is based on a variety of factors including the outcome from the courier. Unfortunately, your claim was denied as you did not provide any images of the inner packaging used. If you would like to discuss this order further then please kindly provide all of the information requested. Kind regards Jack" So I forgot to show them a pic of the extra large bubble wrap the speaker was wrapped in. I did however save the wrapping to recycle should I send a parcel out so will continue with the rejected claim. Jack states in his reply that they open a claim with the courier too. Not true! They refused the claim without approaching Parcelforce according to the correspondences online. It was I who asked them to claim from Parcelforce or give me the reference details so I could approach PF directly, they refused!

Terrible they are scam said my item was 10kg in weight and it was 25kg! They must be doing this to save money on shipping.

Pick up arranged on the Saturday for the Monday, courier never arrived, no correspondence from anyone. Tried to find out what had happened, nobody knew. Couldnt get another pick up arranged until the Wednesday so cancelled and arranged another courier with drop off at PO. Just after I dropped off on the Tuesday the original courier arrived to collect package - all papers paperwork showed Tuesdays date. He also phoned on the Wednesday to see if I wanted a pick up as it was still showing on his job sheet. Absolutely shocking lack of communication on all counts. Refund was processed quicker than stated.

Simple, effective, economical. Booked & paid online, dropped off on the way home from work and it was delivered safely within 36 hours.
Tracking info was accurate and I was kept informed by text & email.
Have used Parcel Monkey several times in the past and will not hesitate to use again in the future.

Parcel was collected on the day stated. The tracking was easy to follow and delivery was made on the day I requested. I cannot fault the service of this company, it allows me to send items to my family which would cost small fortune through the post office. It is a no frills service but for the money I certainly have no complaints, well done to you all!

Parcel Monkey will try to wriggle out of any claim, be warned. (seems its pretty common judging by the claim reviews on this site) Sent an item through Parcel Monkey, with DPD. I have been quite a heavy user of Parcel Monkey in the past with over 100 transactions with them, but now reading back, it seems I had one previous issue years ago and it was a complete nightmare getting them to sort it out and honour their legal responsibilities. I wish I remembered this before using them. So its a way of life at Parcel Monkey. The parcel was dropped off at the DPD store as requested. It was scanned there and a receipt given. The parcel was due to be delivered to Cyprus in around five days. I waited, and then my customer got in contact to say it had not arrived. The item was still showing at the DPD drop off location. Got in touch with Parcel Monkey who advised they would have it collected immediately. Incidently I had to drop off further parcels at the same shop as they also handle UPS, so I asked the shop keeper about it. He said that all the DPD parcels had been collected and nothing was still remaining, I relayed this to Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey advised they would require 3-5 days for the courier to investigate after this time they would open a claims process. During this time the customer opened an item not received case on eBay. I told Parcel Monkey of this in the hope that this would speed up their process somewhat. It didnt, they had no interest in this fact. Once the 5th day came, Parcel Monkey replied that it was the 4th day, and they require 5. It was actually the 5th day, but I decided to allow them this extra day as it seemed important for them. Then the 7th day came, and Parcel Monkey then decided that weekends do not count (actually according to DPD who I spoke to on the phone, weekends are perfectly valid in an investigation time frame as they are a 24/7 operation), so we got past the 7days. Now the 8th day (6th day in Parcel Monkeys time space continuum, Parcel Monkey still wont open the lost time claim, and now respond with the cut and paste reply I got at the start of the process; Please note that we have chased the courier for an update on this. Once we receive a response, we shall contact you So their own time frame has elapsed and now they resort to this, no time frame response - that actually has of no interest to me as I have nothing to do with their courier, my money was paid to Parcel Monkey, but also it violates their own terms and conditions and guidelines on investigation time. So from this, Parcel Monkey are stalling. As its been over two weeks now, the buyer has been automatically refunded by eBay therefore I either require the parcel to be returned to me or compensated for. Sadly, it looks as if a Money Claim Online will need to be opened (Small Claims Court Proceedings) to recover my losses. Thankfully this will cause additional costs to be levied to Parcel Monkey which will make me happy. So, be warned about this cowboy outfit. Great if it works (i.e they do absolutely nothing but take your money and book it with DPD), but an utter nightmare if something goes wrong. I will update this review, or add additional ones daily to keep yall informed of the outcome and the result from their shady business practices. 1st Update: Ive asked them for their legal information such as legal presentative, mailing address, email and telephone numbers and no reply has been made.

No one came to collect the parcel at all. 3 days later, I gave up waiting and posted it using the post office. I need to arrange a refund and am very disappointed.

My pack arrived in Italy quickly, it was faster than I expected, less than 4 days.
The collection at my place was excellent, I received all the information about the time scheduled for it, the courier was punctual.
Also, the courier in Italy called the person who received my pack in advance to inform about the delivery.
I am very happy about the service it is definitely worth and easy.

Booking a collection/delivery is straightforward. All information is easy to understand and no problems were experienced during booking and paying. Received the confirmation email promptly and within 30 minutes should have received the address labels to print. This did not happen. I contacted the online chat services and the lady I chatted with sorted everything out for me. I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.
