Booked collection for a specific day and their courier did not turn up but sent me a message late afternoon to contact them. I contacted them to be told they will not collect today but can collect tomorrow. I had a day off work for this and they simply didn’t care.

Please do t trust this company . I booked a parcel to be collected . I took a day off from work to make sure they pick up the parcel . I wait all day long and they didt collect the parcel, When I contacted monekyparcel via chat , they told me that they had come to recollect the box. I have been all day at my house , it’s impossible what they said . I have to rebook it for next day . I took another day off from work . Waste of time and money they didn’t come either...... I ask for a number to call and complain and they do not have even a number for customer services!!!! So I cancel my order . I hope they give my money back . For me this is totally a scam . Do not trust the reviews ! DO NOT TRUST MONKEYPARCEL !

I left my packages for collection with the concierge in the building. Apparently Parcel Monkey came to deliver packages 3 days in a row and on each occasion said that there was nothing they were meant to collect. I decided to cancel, request a refund and use a proper courier that does what you pay them for.

Parcel picked up when arranged and delivered within a week with no damage although there were several fragile items in there. Very pleased. Will use again.

absolutely brilliant will use again for sure posted the parcel on Tuesday 26/nov/19 to Holland we flu to Holland
on wed 27/nov/19 and it arrived on thu 28/nov/19 dont think you can get better than that unless you take it yourself it was worth every penny we paid which wasnt a great expence anyway saved all the hassle of checking it in at the airport now we are coming up to xmas so it might change but it said 2 day delivery and it was excellent as I said I will use again well done

Sent a parcel 3 months ago from UK to the UK (40 miles away). Its still saying We have your parcel and its on its way. Parcel Monkey started by replying to messages, but over the last month or more they have ignored me and no compensation in sight, let alone a response. Spent £2000.00 with them in the last year, but that stopped a while back when they kept fobbing me off.

The advertising is completely misleading - package arrived 4 days after planned date and no apology from customer service. Was charged extra for customs with no explanation. They actually use Courier express as a carrier so you’re just going via a middleman. Very stressful and would definitely recommend using a more reputable service.

Easy site to navigate, instant quote and many options for delivery. I chose Parcelforce 24 and it was £££s cheaper than using it direct. I dropped parcel at Depot at 2.30pm and it was delivered before 10.30am next day. First class service with no problems. Will certainly use in the future.
