Three parcels were sent, all three didnt arrive and got lost or stuck. Never using this service again. It was Courier but i would never have used them if i had known what an appalling service they have. About 4 times they said theyd attempted deliveries when they didnt even leave a card or let me know, and when it was absolutely not true because we were all in at all those times.

Item delivered on time. Tracking was slow to be updated but this was probably Parcel Forces fault and nothing to do with Parcel Monkey.

Paid for 24 hour delivery and it took a week, it was around the holidays yes so times were busier but then why give 24 hour delivery as an option and charge more??? Not happy at all

I was surcharged for a parcel whose dimensions and weight did not correspond to the one I posted. Make sure you have photographic proof of weight and measurement before collection.

It lets me see my options with prices and delivery times quickly and is easy to use.

Im not sure whether I should complain about PM or DPD! But apparently the courier could not find the recipients address so the parcel was returned to me and I have been charged for it. The courier had the recipients email address and telephone number. The address is valid as I have sent parcels there via another courier previously. I am being penalised for the couriers incompetence. I have provided proof that the address is valid (previously used label and screenshot of delivery confirmation) yet still I am being charged for the return of the parcel and of course, no refund for the original service. I am losing out because DPD failed to provide the service I requested and paid for.

Easy to use but an issue with additional charge, which doesnt appear to be Parcel Monkeys fault, but it would be useful to be advised to take photos of parcels showing size and weight before you send them.

Fine if you send to uk but really poor sending abroad Germany have parcel monkey Organisation in place but it is poor. 2 day priority delivery used to be exactly that to the hour. This is the last time I will use them. The parcel is never delivered on time in fact rarely delivered to address ,no card saying where the parcel has been delivered. However parcel force who deliver my parcels Through parcel monkey can even tell you where time date and who signed for it. Parcel monkey is no longer cheaper and the customer service are lazy. Parcels are often lost for weeks. With minimal help from parcel monkey. Avoid the stress look elsewhere
