Dpd 009557708 has not been delivered? The agent at Currys store in Brighton double checked that the parcel was good to send...at my request. Tracking, and its not delivered and theres a note on tracking re missing information. The information was there when I passed the parcel to dpd agent. Can someone help!?

I have not been able to determine where the parcel is;The last tracking reported it exported from the UK on 15/02/20 at 11.15 Contact with parcel force has not produced any further information. Your website contains a link to help tracking but just returns me to the carrier, very concerned given the epidemic in China as the parcel contained 50 medical masks for my family there. David Sharp

For parcel postage and/or delivery, then unless its something conveniently postable through Royal Mail (usually smaller items), Parcel Monkey is the only other service I would need or ever use.
Great, easy to use website and booking system; consistently best value prices and consistently excellent service.
(I still have a bit of a "soft-spot" for Royal Mail. Were it not for our future Monarchs ears, it would be great to see these two merge and become Royal Monkey!!!}

Paid for express delivery, no one turned up, no way to contact other than a live chat that takes days to respond. Eventually the offered the refund for what I had paid but due to their mistake my parcel was late for its intended recipient, had to pay double just to get it there and no offer of compensation despite requesting it for the additional i had to pay! If its to cheap to be true it most likely is!!
