I ordered a FedEx 2 day service and it took 6 days to deliver

Parcelforce lost one of the boxes and nobody has had the courtesy to update us. A box containing £170 of goods and has caused me no end of issues.

After Booking a collection and delivery from our Business address 5/6/24 midday. parcel was arrange to collect 6/6/24. [parcel force] ,Collection never Happened. on 7/6/24 Collection Never Happened and i had to take the parcel to a parcel force out let. I reported this to Parcel Monkey and there Reply was they are not Liable for late collection/delivery. for a 5 day Period. AS ADVISED BY Megan. Parcel Monkey Take no responsibility. of YOUR ITEMS. BOOK DIRECT IS THE LESSON LEARNT.

they are total waste of time, as they provide cheap services, but they wont reimbusre you for the liabilty cost + compensation and theya re think fruit item is probhitied but its not and it has been proved its just that they dont want to allow it.

Despite completing the customs form, declaring the contents, the parcel is held up by customs, requesting all the information already provided on the customs from the recipient! Added to that, the recipient was advised that the parcel will be destroyed in 5 days if the information is not received - what???!!!!

I sent a gift to one of my friends in Johannesburg, well at least attempted to. It’s been 4 months and the parcel has still not yet been delivered. I would like a refund if an employee from parcel monkey sees this.

The parcel was not delivered. The delivery company said they attempted delivery but had not. They admitted this when the front garden camera was mentioned. They changed the status of the delivery to say that I had requested to pick it up myself in Nairn, a 35 mile round trip from Inverness. I dont have access to a vehicle in Inverness. I made no such request. So 2 lies. No texts or emails were sent to us. No commmunication whatsoever. Never again. Many hours wasted so next time Ill used Parcelforce or Evri.

Both parcels were collected Mon last week by Evri, however, it stated on your website it would be 2-3 days for delivery. Unfortunately they weren’t delivered until Friday 7th June.

Comparison good but couldn’t print label from Yodel on home computer.

Simple to use and many options to choose from.
The only thing I found unclear was finding an option where you didn’t have to print off a label….I was having an item collected from a different address so obviously i couldn’t print off and attach the label to the item,luckily the person at the other end had access to a printer so was happy to assist.
Other than that no complaints.

They dont tell you that you will be paying customs and international fees that cost as much as the package itself. They know but wont tell you hoping you fall into the trap.

Awful service. Shipped two dresses at £156 paid over £20 for tracked postage. Parcel monkey have admitted their courier can’t find parcel. Asked for proof of purchase which was sent. Now asking for company I purchased dresses from for a signed declaration they haven’t received items. The company doesn’t have items and can’t use tracking number as it’s through parcel monkey. This has been over 5 weeks of me trying to get my money back

An urgent customer parcel , booked in and paid for next day service with DX , complete disaster , 3 failed attempts at collection , 1 full working week later still not collected, let alone delivered. Had to book a service directly with Parcelforce who collected as planned, Parcel Monkey Still arguing about refunding , claiming they have not done anything wrong and are not liable for losses. DX claim PM did not send shipper contact details....who to believe....both are clearly incompetent based on this performance. PM customer service seem ad-hoc and inexperienced - will investigate alternative suppliers for sure.

My first time using a courier for either inland or overseas deliveries, and it was reasonably straightforward.
The ParcelMonkey customs webform requires a VAT number or EOIN if the sender is a company. It also says "If not registered, enter Not Registered, which I did, but then when I tried to proceed it was not accepted. So I reverted to private sender and all was ok.
The parcel was duly delivered this week and my customer was very pleased.
