Never used this type of delivery service and was nervous about it. Used the cheapest having read the reviews which were all positive. Item tracked all the way from UK to OZ. Kept up to date with progress, timescales kept and package intact at delivery. Would use again.

Please do not use this company! Its just my package was stolen! No compensations, no refunds! Do not trust this company! Im shocked theyre still in business! Warn everyone not to use the services of these thieves!

I arrived home and the parcel—which was huge—was already waiting for me at my doorstep two days after I sent it from the UK to Victoria, Canada. If I had shipped from Canada the other way around it would have cost me a fortune. These were delicate items and nothing was broken. What a terrific service.

Parcel to USA, fantastic service and very fast delivery considering I dropped it off on a Friday, the parcel arrived on the Wednesday, I was updated and able to track for the whole journey, and could see a photo of where the delivery was left.

Sent parcel to France a 30 quid poster it was a return to seller. Booked delivery through parcel monkey and cost 10 quid (for a poster) then get email off customs stating the want 13 quid for customs clearance... So 23 quid to send a 35 quid poster so never paid customs so looks like Ill be receiving parcel back. Just think any hidden charges etc should be displayed on checkout as I never would of returned it... Waste of money and waste of time.

Great service.
My friend wanted a parcel from her sister in the UK shipped here to ROI and the Royal Mail prices were shocking.
The comparison tool was easy to use and we went with DPD.
We still got a customs charge on the gift and an admin charge from DPD but likely that would have happened with any carrier.
Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.
