Fabulous service… easy to arrange on website, took parcel to the local drop off point and it was delivered in the USA 24 hours later. Excellent postage costs and excellent service!!

Pathetic customer service, these guys need to learn what customer service needs to look like. It took them 2 weeks to check why my parcel was returned and eventually they said it was my responsibility. Recommend to book service directly through the courier companies , to avoid middleman and the hassle

Stole money from my bank account, due to the size/weight scam that couriers run these days. I’m 100% certain I measured and weighed my parcel correctly as I send thousands of parcels a year for my business, but ParcelMonkey took additional money from my bank account WITHOUT AUTHORISATION! Won’t be using them again!!

Opened a claim on the 27th May, supplied all requested information, 10 days later and no response, absolutely horrendous customer service, they are great when nothing goes wrong but god help you if things go wrong

usually ok but the pick up time was earlier than I hoped at 3pm. they struggled to deliver despite me saying leave in porch - 2 failed deliveries, no attempt over the weekend so it was late.

I wasnt able to be at home but driver followed instructions I left and my parcel was collected with no problems.

UPS have damaged the parcel and sent it back to me straight away, well they say they have on the tracking but I have nod idea where it is or how bad the damage is, I wish theyd taken it to the recipient and let them decide, a small amount of wear to packaging is no problem, ripped open with the contents missing is.

DEAR SIR OR MADAM, THE PICK UP AND DELIVERY WERE SPOT ON BUT THE DAMAGE TO MY BOSCH OVEN HAS MADE IT UNUSABLE WHAT ASHAME I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT PARCEL MONKEY SEVERAL TIMES COULD SOMEONE ASAP FROM THEIR COMPANY CONTACT ME TO SORT THIS OUT THE OVEN WAS. WELL INSULATED WRAPPED AND HAD BEEN APPROVED BY THE PICK UP DRIVER SAYING IT WAS GOOD. BEING 38 KG HE SAID THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEMS! THAT WAS NOT THE CASE MY PARCEL REF IS 10395757 I HAVE ALL PHOTOS OF DAMAGE AND OF PARCEL BEFORE IT LEFT ME.I HOPE THIS WILL BE SORTED OUT S.H.

Quick and easy to use the service. However, not happy that additional charges come through sometimes, even though I know I weighed and measured the items 100% correctly. I now take photos of the parcels with measurements and weight so I can claim back the charges. Much more hassle, but the original price Im given is usually pretty good.

The parcel was collected but I’ve no idea if it was shipped to the correct address. I’ve had no updates of any kind. I’ve no proof it was delivered. As I’m awaiting a refund from the company I was hoping to find out if it had arrived in good condition, now I’m unaware if it arrived at all!

I chose Parcel Monkey because I was looking for a courier that would handle heavy goods. My parcel arrived at its destination totally smashed into pieces. My parcel would have to have been dropped or pushed off the back of the truck to sustain such damage. It cost me £400 which I have now lost. Would never use this service again

Neither of my parcels have even left the country. Were collected over a week ago. Total of £60 ish of shipping charges for 2x small shoe box, not heavy parcels. Containing things like a scarf and sandals belonging to my grandma. Apparently they don’t have the correct telephone numbers on. They do have the correct numbers. I’ve reached out to parcel monkey several times to try and resolve and I’m getting nowhere. Either copy and paste replies, or ignored. So I’ve paid a company to coordinate 2 parcel deliveries, and they can’t do it.
