Booking and delivery are easy and good but the customer service for the chosen store location was coarse. The person was unaware that they have a label printing service available at their store. I Need to tell him that there is a printing at the store available for parcel on it for their customers.

Ive always found PM to be excellent. Not only finding the best price, but also creating the necessary paperwork and labels which are needed for overseas deliveries.

Avoid Parcel Monkey at All Costs – Dishonest and Unreachable! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Parcel Monkey and would strongly urge anyone to avoid using their service. After I completed my delivery and paid the agreed amount, I was shocked to receive an additional £48 charge with no clear explanation. Instead, I got a vague message claiming the "dimensions or weight were wrong." To make matters worse, the invoice listed an incorrect declared weight, which was not what I had provided. What really adds insult to injury is their complete lack of customer service. They do not have a contact telephone number, making it impossible to speak to someone directly. I have sent multiple emails seeking clarification and disputing this charge, but they have completely ignored me. To top it all off, they went ahead and took the money from my account without providing any justification or resolution. This company is untrustworthy, and their lack of transparency and support is disgraceful. Save yourself the frustration and choose a provider with proper customer service and integrity. Rating: 1/5 (only because 0 isn’t an option!)

Booked a delivery on a day when I was at home. System said it would arrive that day. But it didnt. Delayed until Monday when I cant be at home to sign for product. Not great!

Communication is really bad, got a message saying parcel was refused when they didnt attempt to deliver the parcel. Contacted the helpline and said they will follow up and get back to me, which they didnt. Parcel took 5 days not the advertised 2 working days. Really disappointed.

My parcel PM12624409 has not been delivered in spite of package being with Fedex since 27 Nov. Stuck in Byfleet and I cant get any headway on why. I have contacted and chatted online with Parcel Monkey which was useless since no further information from them and I cant contact anyone directly. I want to my package back if you are unable to deliver it. I will use other courriers from now on.

What a horrible experience dealing with Parcel Monkey driving around to find a depot thay would take the parcel, none would, even FedEX depot wouldnt take it. Used Courier instead - nice and simple Would recommend using any other courier rather than Parcel Monkey. Terrible service and a complete mess.

Very easy once I read the instructions on what needs to go on the parcels.
Hadnt realised though that the courier would actually have labels to put on!
Courier arrived when he stated, right on time and was a very pleasant man .

My parcel has not yet been delivered. I selected UPS. Only when I was tracking the parcel did I find out that I had to pay additional £20 pounds (or thereabouts) import duty. No-one contacted me to tell me this. I now seem to be stuck in a loop with UPS because when I try to amend delivery details it asks me to login and when I login they dont recognise that I have a delivery with them. So frustrating. I do not know where my parcel is or when it will be delivered. I realise UPS is separate from Parcel Monkey, but they were one of the options you provided. What an awful experience.
