paid £50.98 to have an item delivered in 48 hours.That was on the 30thJune-it is now 14 July and it has still not been delivered-made an enquiry to customer services asking what was going on-no response. Do not use these people-I have paid £50.98 for nothing and probably lost £400 the value of the item

I had 2 packages to send to China and was quoted two hundred and seventy pounds to send them. Luckily a lady heard my conversation and recommended Parcel Monkey. My 2 packages cost me one hundred and thirteen pounds with Parcel Monkey instead. Over half the price cheaper! Well done Parcel Monkey.

Please please don’t use this company! My next day delivery of tiles took them 7 days ! I insured my return as was of great value! The delivery arrived delayed with tiles missing! The pictures of my return were very unclear as showed 50 boxes of different tiles ! Even though I paid extra money for insurance they didn’t accept the fact that items were missing! Simply my tiles very expensive and they were stolen ! Don’t trust this company! I am shocked that they still operate!
