Parcel Monkey made it easy for me to send a parcel from the UK to Australia. The booking form was easy to use, and clear explanations were given on all the documents and labels to include. My parcel made it to its destination only 6 days after I made my booking online - amazing! Plus, the price I paid was £10 less than what the Post Office offered for the same service. Great service Parcel Monkey, no cap.

Easy to compare products and book the most suitable service online. Parcel pick up went as planned and delivered on time. A very cost-effective way of returning/sending larger or bulky items.

Parcel monkeys site was easy to navigate and enter details of the package. Once UPS had picked up the item it was easy to track right up until delivery. Excellent. What I found less than ideal was I was given no time window for the pickup apart from 8am - 6pm on the parcel monkey site. With a dog to walk this was very difficult for me.

Absolute shambles of a customer services team. I was told that they do not make phone calls to couriers or customers as it costs money! I will never use them again.

Dropped parcel at drop off shop. Only thing I was worried about was the way the bloke just chucked it down thankfully nothing breakable inside this parcel. Was easy to track and arrived a day earlier than expected so know my grandson will have this presents on his 5th birthday. Will definitely be using you again thank you

I have send a parcel to India and have called 3 times as I am not getting any updates regarding it so all I got to know after 6 days of wait it still exported from uk and call centre people have no idea where it is when it will reach when it will reach …. Horrible service

I had to return a small fridge freezer
So booked a collection and delivery through parcel monkey on the 9th July, parcel force picked up on the 10th July and it reached its destination on the 11th July. Excellent service

Absolutly Awful - Not to be trused This is not a company that can be trusted. On the Parcel Monkey website they offer a "no label" collection service. When you click on the links and book the service you then get told to print the label. I have tried twice to book the right service and the online support team just tell me I have booked the wrong service. They will noy give me a refund on either booking for 5 days

Have used PM many times and found the service good. Affordable costs and when I have needed to contact customer services they get back (not instantly) but in a professional and timely manor. So yes I will continue to use them

The bad review isnt necessarily for Parcel Monkey as the experience with them was fine. The option chosen was ParcelForce, to deliver a small box to the south of France, with a delivery window of 3 - 5 days. The parcel took 2 weeks to arrive. I had allowed a delivery margin of 10 days but this was insufficient. My understanding is that the delay is due to French postal service. However it may be advantageous to other customers if this was highlighted at the options stage.

I created a shipment without insurance coverage and the package arrived damaged. Customer service refunded the cost of shipping however the value of the parcel was of 150£. I made another shipping with insurance coverage for the same item to replace the damaged one and it arrived in perfect condition. This is extorsion. If I dont buy cover then the parcel arrives damaged. I usually dont write reviews but this is unacceptable.
