Waited in two whole days for a collection booked with Parcel Monkey. Hopeless. Never happened. I thought I would give Parcel Monkey a second chance after a similar experience last year. Never again.

Parcel Monkey UK, along with UPS, didnt deliver me the package. Money for losses is also not returned. Therefore they are THIEVES. I strongly warn everyone do not to use their service !!! Since I cant get my money back from them, I will do everything to inform as many people as possible to aware them about harmful practices of these companies.

I have used ParcelMonkey for many years & theyve generally been good - they hold accounts with all the couriers so you get lower shipping prices. BUT Recently theyve added some sort of sneaky loyalty cashback thing that makes it very easy to inadvertently sign up to an £18/month scheme (shame I cant post screengrab) - it pops up just as you complete an order & looks like a click to continue button (ie. not clear youre signing up for a monthly fee!) Ive contacted customer service asking for this to be removed but theyve been no help, claiming it is a 3rd party scheme they have nothing to do with - this seems crazy! It is Parcelmonkeys site.. own it! So, until they sort this out, I rate them poorly!

Very easy to use website and after entering the size and weight of my parcel gave me a list of available companies to choose from and costs.
Will definitely use again when I next have to send a parcel.

Everything ok up to now, however my parcel is on a 6 day delivery to Norway is still in transit and not been delivered at this point.

I organised for them to collect a parcel from a seller on Ebay. It was a table with a glass top. They wanted me to take out an insurance to protect it. I ony paid £35 for this table and the seller wrapped up the glass top in bubble wrap and put it between two pieces of hardboard. the rest of the table wasm mdf. One if these small tables that you put together and slot into place. I receved a photo from the seller who had wrapped it so carefully and then put fragile stickers all over it. Also I informed the company that it was fragile and contained glass and so did the seller. The company they used was UPS but Parcel Monkey said to go straight to them if there was a problem. I waited and the parcel didnt arrive and so contacted Parcel Monkey who informed UPS and I had emails from UPS saying they would be delivering but it didnt happen. Then I found out that when the table was scanned it had been damaged. Parcel Monkey said as I hadnt taken out insurance I couldnt claim anything from them! So in every case you have to take out insurance - why? If they are in business for delivering your parcels, when it has fragile stickers all over it and it has been wrapped well, why for such a small amount should I take out insurance? But that is what I was told. I will never use this company again.

Someone turned up to another courier & around 6.30pm we are a business and work business hours so no one there my parcel still as not been collected but I have been charged

The delivery service is fantastic is great as usual but the lack of collection time information requires being available for the complete day. The driver from Parcel Force has the approximate collection time so surely this could be emailed?

My parcel got lost. I had to chase up. Even to make claim so many process and forms to fill even though they accepted they lost the parcel. Poor customer service, cant speak to anyone on phone. The parcel was a gift for birthday surprise and baby bring born also. It had a sentimental attachment. Now lost money in postage and lost the gifts also. Just poor service. Poor communication. Never using this service again.

I booked a small A5 document parcel with EVRI from Essex to a tier 1 city in North India. The parcel was dropped off on 16th June, and is still in-transit 2 weeks later. The same parcel would have reached its destination if it was sent by regular Royal Mail post, at 1/10th the cost. Its hard for me to assess if this is Parcel Monkey issue or simply poor delivery service from EVRI, but I am very disappointed at lack of speed in getting documents couriered from UK to India
