Hi I am still waiting for my goods that have not been delivered to my house, my goods were picked up from AMCP IG11 0DG 1day late, and taken to Gatwick RH10 9ZX Where they are being held, awaiting pickup, you need to use another courier UPS, as Parcel Force does not carry car parts against their policy, so you need to contact me now, 07510016703 Bryan Michael Duff 19 Furzedown Littlehampton West Sussex BN17 5NJ PBML2608200001 Collection Code 488052

They dont tell you that you will be paying customs and international fees that cost as much as the package itself. They know but wont tell you hoping you fall into the trap.

Awful service. Shipped two dresses at £156 paid over £20 for tracked postage. Parcel monkey have admitted their courier can’t find parcel. Asked for proof of purchase which was sent. Now asking for company I purchased dresses from for a signed declaration they haven’t received items. The company doesn’t have items and can’t use tracking number as it’s through parcel monkey. This has been over 5 weeks of me trying to get my money back

An urgent customer parcel , booked in and paid for next day service with DX , complete disaster , 3 failed attempts at collection , 1 full working week later still not collected, let alone delivered. Had to book a service directly with Parcelforce who collected as planned, Parcel Monkey Still arguing about refunding , claiming they have not done anything wrong and are not liable for losses. DX claim PM did not send shipper contact details....who to believe....both are clearly incompetent based on this performance. PM customer service seem ad-hoc and inexperienced - will investigate alternative suppliers for sure.

My first time using a courier for either inland or overseas deliveries, and it was reasonably straightforward.
The ParcelMonkey customs webform requires a VAT number or EOIN if the sender is a company. It also says "If not registered, enter Not Registered, which I did, but then when I tried to proceed it was not accepted. So I reverted to private sender and all was ok.
The parcel was duly delivered this week and my customer was very pleased.

Sent a parcel to USA - first quoted courier service ended up as being higher than initial quote so chose second option. Parcel arrived at destination 4 days later . Would use again.

no problems with parcel monkey however some of their partners like parcelforce can be less trustworthy so remember to take pics of your parcels dims & weight in case parcelforce try & screw you over like they tried to do with me. However i still recommend parcel monkey !

Fabulous service… easy to arrange on website, took parcel to the local drop off point and it was delivered in the USA 24 hours later. Excellent postage costs and excellent service!!

Pathetic customer service, these guys need to learn what customer service needs to look like. It took them 2 weeks to check why my parcel was returned and eventually they said it was my responsibility. Recommend to book service directly through the courier companies , to avoid middleman and the hassle

Stole money from my bank account, due to the size/weight scam that couriers run these days. I’m 100% certain I measured and weighed my parcel correctly as I send thousands of parcels a year for my business, but ParcelMonkey took additional money from my bank account WITHOUT AUTHORISATION! Won’t be using them again!!

Opened a claim on the 27th May, supplied all requested information, 10 days later and no response, absolutely horrendous customer service, they are great when nothing goes wrong but god help you if things go wrong

usually ok but the pick up time was earlier than I hoped at 3pm. they struggled to deliver despite me saying leave in porch - 2 failed deliveries, no attempt over the weekend so it was late.

I wasnt able to be at home but driver followed instructions I left and my parcel was collected with no problems.

UPS have damaged the parcel and sent it back to me straight away, well they say they have on the tracking but I have nod idea where it is or how bad the damage is, I wish theyd taken it to the recipient and let them decide, a small amount of wear to packaging is no problem, ripped open with the contents missing is.
