I followed all instructions, printed customs invoice, paid what I thought was the full amount. Got InTouch with customer service no directions or email follow up.y son was waiting for Xmas present and sad . Poor non-service. After paying over the odds for postage

Abysmal service. If your delivery is late - which ours was, without explanation, despite paying extra for Saturday pre noon delivery - there is no one to call. They are not even open at weekends. Total con.

I measured and weighed the parcel that I was sending and allowed extra. Paid £13.00 for the delivery service with Royal Mail. They delivered my parcel ok but then told me it was bigger than the measurements I submitted then charged me a fee of £76.00 for being oversized which they then proceeded to take directly from my credit card. I informed then that the parcel was actually quite a bit smaller and lighter than the measurements I submitted. They told me that I have to prove this by sending them a photo of the parcel being measured. As I explained to them, how could I possibly do this as I no longer have the parcel, so could they send me a photo of the parcel measuring too large. There response was that we do not have a photo proving this and it is up to me to prove that my measurements were correct and the £76.00 extra charge still stands. Luckily I paid for this service on my credit card so I informed Tesco bank of the situation and explained all the details and they refunded the £76.00. This was a lot of hassle and time to get a refund for a complete scam of a rip off charge. Use one of the other parcel companies out there and hopefully you wont get ripped off like I did.

It all started ok, pick up ok, and on time, got to the destination in very good time, but the box was badly damaged, no corners left on it, totally battered and bruised, luckly only a few items was damaged, but it’s not what I would have expected, £54 was paid for this delivery, I will have to think seriously about using this company again. Thankyou.

We needed to get a parcel to our grand daughter in Essex from Manchester. Sent it Monday 23rd Dec and it arrived following day Christmas Eve. Excellent service.

Absolutely brilliant. Sending a large parcel to my daughter in USA. Chose the cheapest option, UPS, which was an incredibly good deal. Cheaper than I found anywhere else. Parcel collected from my home on Thursday morning and delivered in USA on Friday afternoon.

A parcel i sent arrived at the customer damaged. The claims process for the insurance cover has been going on now for over a month. I sent pictures , copy of invoice etc. but they keep responding asking for the same thing. Totally ignoring everything i say. They are either stupid or deliberately trying to avoid compensating. Never use these cowboy traders, every other courier service i have used for my deliveries have been far more trustworthy. Not worth the small saving by booking through these *****s.

As usual all their instructions worked well. Its based upon giving you a choice of reliable carriers with the alternative options attached to each carrier.

Avoid this company! I paid for 24 hour delivery, and the courier used through parcel monkey still hasnt collected the item - I have been told it will be 4 days until it is collected! This is extremely late. I had to reimburse the buyer of the item and Parcel Monkey state there is no compensation for late collection. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I now use parcel monkey to send parcels to my daughters family in Pennsylvania…Really easy to book and fill in all the customs paperwork tracking is excellent and using the drop off option my parcel arrives easily in 3 days !

Sourced best price online, booking relatively easy, parcel was able to be tracked along the way right through to arrival at my daughter’s condo in Canada, and, it arrived on time.

Great price and choices. I did not expect the service was so fast in such as low price by dpd. It was collected on Dec 27 from London and reach me at HK on Dec 30. Amazing.

Excellent 24 hour service with what was a very short timeframe to book to secure a collection next day and was extremely impressed with the speedy collection and delivery process. I have used this company before and found the booking process to find the best delivery options and prices far easier and flexible than other companies, Highly recommend.

Have used this company several years and usually only minor issues or delays, so no real problems until this time. I had written the recipient address on the box as well as using the label. Parcel was delivered mikes away to someone called Millie who apparently signed for it. Nope. The box was thrown in a BP garage and abandoned by the DX couriers. Damaged box but mist presents ok apart from a damaged and a missing item. Parcel m want an invoice for the damaged missing item.. I paid cash. So now what! Will use direct service in future.
