Excellent service. Really straightforward process to book a UPS courier from UK to Italy. Great value. Posted my parcel on Friday and was received in Italy the following Tuesday using the Standard service. Highly recommend and would definitely use Parcel Monkey as their website was easier to use than the couriers (in my opinion)

This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey to send a package to my daughter in Canada. The online pricing and instructions for sending are clear and detailed and the big plus is that I can drop the parcel at my nearest convenience store. I dropped mine off on the 4th of June and got notification on the 10th that it had been delivered to her door. I shall certainly make Parcel Monkey my first choice for future deliveries.

Their website/booking form was really easy to use. All the major parcel companies gave a quote, so just pick the service thats right for you.

The site was easy to navigate and easy to arrange for the collection and delivery. Price was excellent and the updates once collected and the parcel on its journey to me informative. The parcel arrived in excellent condition, and when advised it would, so all in all 10/10. I have never arranged anything like this before and was really nervous and unsure of how the service would work or not!!! However Parcel Monkey was first class - So, Thank you Very Much Parcel Monkey.

I booked my parcel collection and delivery for 14th June. It had still not been picked up by 4pm but the online help told me it would be collected by 6pm. I sent a photo of it on the doorstep of the house and the help said it was fine and she’s send the photo to the courier. It’s now 10pm and the parcel is still sat on the doorstep. My first time using parcel monkey - and my last. Really angry.

Parcel was collected on the Monday in UK and delivered to final destination in Oman on the Monday. Just 3 days brilliant service and it could be tracked all the way.

Although the parcel arrived, the app is still not displsying that it has been delivered. However I received my refund so it must have got there. Everything else was very straight forward and easy to follow.

Horrific company and service. I used parcel monkey to return an item bought online, as the retailers return label wasnt working. I put in the exact size and weight of the item as listed on the outside of the original box, and the total came to £29. I booked the collection through Parcel Monkey, and the next day Parcelforce collected the item in the original box. Yet a week later I was told they were charging me an extra £76 that I had not agreed to and did not authorise, because the size and weight Id submitted wasnt accurate!? I know for certain they were accurate because they were literally on the outside of the box and I measured with a tape measure to make doubly sure! Weirdly, in the second invoice it says the item weight adjustment was 10kg instead of the original 23.6kg I submitted, but the item definitely did not weigh 10kg - and even if it did, why am I being charged £76 extra for a lighter parcel? So in total I paid over £105 to return an item that cost £159. I submitted a message via the Parcel Monkey help centre back in May about this and still have received no response from them. If I had known the return fee would be so expensive, I would have just kept the item and sold it on Facebook marketplace. This business is an absolute scam and I warn everyone to STAY AWAY! There is NO WARNING when you book a service that the charge could be higher if they decide later on that your ACCURATE measurements and weight were not correct.

WARNING !!! I USED PARCEL MONKEY WHO IN TURN USED UPS, I PAID £47.50 FOR A TOWBAR TO BE DELIVERED. THEIR SERVICE WAS SHOCKING, OVER A WEEK LATE, AND TGHAT WAS ONLY BECAUSE I CHASED IT UP ! THEN THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA £32.81 SAYING MY PARCEL WAS EITHER OVER SIZED OR WEIGHT... SO BEWARE !!!! THEY JUST CHARGED IT TO MY CARD WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME !!! YOU CANT GET TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON TO COMPLAIN EITHER !! ILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!

Booked parcel using Parcel Monkey, parcel was going to it and booking with UPS estimated 2 to 3 days delivery time. Booked around 1am, and it was advised to drop off parcel at local shop before 01:30pm for UPS to collect same day. Therefore I dropped parcel the same day before the given time. I kept looking at the parcel tracking, UPS did not collect this for 4 days, only collect when I bombarded them with phone calls and chat sessions. Today after 8 days, my parcel still has not been delivered and Ive wasted a lot of time chasing this with their agents. Why tmTicket Monkeys fault? UPS said this collection information had not reached them from Ticket Monkey until I complained and raised

For some reason my password keeper didnt record my password. Tried to reset my password via Parcel Monkey (PM), which seems to have worked. Unfortunately, the PM website keeps telling me I have the wrong email address, which I obv dont. Therefore I now cannot get any customer support because I cannot log into my account. This is not very reassuring and now I have no idea how I am going to get hold of PM to resolve my problem? Why would Parcel Monkey provide no other way of contacting customer support without logging in? Time consuming waste of time, hence 1 star and leaves me with a parcel I have paid to insure and send going nowhere!

Booked collection for today (Wed) and was assured by Parcel Monkey it would be collected and delivered next day. Today arrived, courier company contact and say they are collection tomorrow... questioned it and they fobbed me off. Contacted Parcel Monkey and they said it was booked for today but if the courier says tomorrow then thats right and they have no access to their systems... utterly useless company to deal with. Avoid them at all costs.,

Dreadful company to deal with. They raised an extra handling charge because the parcel I sent was wrapped in polythene and they insist it is wrapped in corrugated cardboard. Parcel Monkey used UPS who collected and delivered the parcel undamaged and in perfect condition as was verified by the recipient of the parcel. Parcel Monkey then debited my credit card with their dubious extra charges despite clear instructions from me that they were not to debit my card as I disagreed with them. I would never use this company again and feel I have been a victim of dubious overcharging!

Couldn’t fault it. Easy to use, clear, functional layout. Cost friendly.
I’d previously booked the parcel with Evri, an extra £8 to what I spent here and I’d added extra value and guaranteed delivery too. Ever still to this day have not collected the parcel it was “booked for collection” for three days. Then a notification we’ve lost your packs- it’s not been collected. ????I decided enough was enough. Within an hour: the delivery was booked, collected and already in the system and was delivered the next day ????????♀️ couldn’t have done it better myself- thank you!
