The orignal price displayed and final price invoiced were vastly different from 23£ orignal 1lg to usa final invoice value was 51£ the additional fees were not detailed on the invoice. It did arrive in the specified time

Parcelforce is refusing to come and collect the two parcels I have paid to be collected. They told me that would come at some point on Friday and couldn’t specify when so I stayed at home ALL day and the driver didn’t show. I called up and they said they would be collected on Monday and I stayed at home ALL day today and the driver did not show. I also contacted ParcelMonkey today but received a response saying that re delivery has already been organised so I was unable to speak with anyone. So, I’ve stayed at home two full days and I’m still left with two parcels that I have paid to be collected. Horrible service!

Super easy to use, especially for international shipping. Found better prices than I was able to and the delivery was bang on time.
Clean and user friendly interface and you don’t have to create an account. 10/10, will certainly use again.

Very easy to use, clear instructions, good price and local drop off location. I misjudged the weight of my parcel and I’m really glad that i was charged the extra without any delay to the delivery. Will definitely use again

most likely lost but assistance is doing nothing to get in touch with the courier. Even though i am offering to get them in touch with a UPS customer service representative they avoid my request for email address saying they already contacted UPS and waiting for a reply (2 and half weeks now)

Had to return an electric cooker hood canopy as the spec was larger than the cupboard. The company were going to charge £25 to collect it but I found a good deal on Parcel Monkey that tracked the parcel and I could drop it off at my local Post Office. Was really pleased with the service. Was able to track the package was delivered and it only cost me just over £10. Highly recommend using this company.

I paid for a 2 day service to Belgium. Sent 29july to arrive in time for the 4th August today my Granddaughters Birthday! (7 days later!!!) Its still waiting to be sent to the delivery depot . I spoke to customer service on Fri 2nd was told they would chase it and email me straight back. No email. So upset and angry. clearly false advertising

Parcel was lost by Courier. Courier accepted the loss and offered compensation, a claim had to be made through the shipping agents account ie Parcel Monkey. Parcel monkey refused to make this claim or refund the shipping cost. Communications hard all around. Pay peanuts, gets monkeys. Recommend to got through the shippers website then you get some comeback. Beware of Monkeys!

I have been sent an invoice which has been automatically debited from my PayPal account for £22.35, this is on top of the original £32.19 charged, the reason on the invoice is that the item has been. weighed in at 13KG, but the actual item is only 1.2KG, I booked the order and entered 3KG to cover the additional packaging and this in total weighed in at no more than 2.5KG and also the exact dimensions plus another few CM to over compensate. This is completely ridiculous and more worryingly I have another parcel by Parcelmonkey a few days later and now worried that this seemingly unscrupulous behaviour may well happen again - with regards the courier, this was UPS INTERNATIONAL service to the USA and on both occasions the parcels delivered within a couple of full days from the U.K. I found this outstanding .

Actually, finding a courier and getting my parcel returned in good time so I could receive my refund from seller was perfect. My only two issues is that the quote I got was less than half of actual price, but I accepted as was under the impression it could be pricey anyways.. but the 2nd issue is in fact why getting a poor review.. I got an unexpected extra payment, although the figure is small, its the principle. I used the same size and weight as it was recorded on original packaging from seller, item was in original packaging, only additional extra was tape to reseal it and a piece of paper that had the new label printed on it, taped to box. But apparently this caused the parcel to grow in size and weight, resulting in an additional charge, how ridiculous. I doubt a piece of paper and some tape can do this, screams scam to me. Most people likely would think "oh its only a few quid", but done to many adds up. I am disputing it for the principle of it
