Competitive price and very quick delivery by chosen carrier

DEAR SIR OR MADAM, THE PICK UP AND DELIVERY WERE SPOT ON BUT THE DAMAGE TO MY BOSCH OVEN HAS MADE IT UNUSABLE WHAT ASHAME I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT PARCEL MONKEY SEVERAL TIMES COULD SOMEONE ASAP FROM THEIR COMPANY CONTACT ME TO SORT THIS OUT THE OVEN WAS. WELL INSULATED WRAPPED AND HAD BEEN APPROVED BY THE PICK UP DRIVER SAYING IT WAS GOOD. BEING 38 KG HE SAID THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEMS! THAT WAS NOT THE CASE MY PARCEL REF IS 10395757 I HAVE ALL PHOTOS OF DAMAGE AND OF PARCEL BEFORE IT LEFT ME.I HOPE THIS WILL BE SORTED OUT S.H.

Quick and easy to use the service. However, not happy that additional charges come through sometimes, even though I know I weighed and measured the items 100% correctly. I now take photos of the parcels with measurements and weight so I can claim back the charges. Much more hassle, but the original price Im given is usually pretty good.

The parcel was collected but I’ve no idea if it was shipped to the correct address. I’ve had no updates of any kind. I’ve no proof it was delivered. As I’m awaiting a refund from the company I was hoping to find out if it had arrived in good condition, now I’m unaware if it arrived at all!

I chose Parcel Monkey because I was looking for a courier that would handle heavy goods. My parcel arrived at its destination totally smashed into pieces. My parcel would have to have been dropped or pushed off the back of the truck to sustain such damage. It cost me £400 which I have now lost. Would never use this service again

Neither of my parcels have even left the country. Were collected over a week ago. Total of £60 ish of shipping charges for 2x small shoe box, not heavy parcels. Containing things like a scarf and sandals belonging to my grandma. Apparently they don’t have the correct telephone numbers on. They do have the correct numbers. I’ve reached out to parcel monkey several times to try and resolve and I’m getting nowhere. Either copy and paste replies, or ignored. So I’ve paid a company to coordinate 2 parcel deliveries, and they can’t do it.

Booked 4 parcels to be collected by evri, nevervturbed up in fact lied when said driver couldnt locate me ( had phone number, email etc etc) so n3xt day. Still no collection and cannot talk to a human being, just some stupid computer/robot. Contacted Parcel Monkey who were also as usefully as a chocolate teapot. Ended up cancelling the whole job and still waiting on my refund!! Used Parcel Hero, no problem, job done. Will never use your service again ( I use the word service loosely)

Several issues after using parcel monkey a few times. Addresses, Limited to 13 characters per line. Nowhere near enough for some places. Also even their own addresses selected from a drop down box after entering the postcode throws up errors where too many characters are used. Collections. We have booked same day collection well within their specified timeframe and collections don’t happen. No great explanation as to why just an apology. No compensation offered as that is one of their policies. Although they’ll tell you they’ll look into after the collection has been rescheduled and a new collection taken place.

Used them for parcelforce instead of parcelforce direct, paid £44 for a delivery, couldn’t find the address and so returned, now want me to pay £44 again, I speak to parcelforce and they have claimed the money back from them so now parcelmonkey have all the money and want me to pay again, please people go direct to suppliers that £2 would have gotten my money back so I could resend, the item is not worth spending another £1 on so il just smash it up and take a big hit for these scum

DX the appointed courier clearly cannot offer next day services when the booking is taken in the PM , our booking was in time , just before 4pm, but due to DX antiquated processes checking already sent information before they book the collection they clearly cannot do this before the vans head out, so it’s a 48hr delay in collection which negates the next day targets. PM therefore should not offer DX as a carrier for such enquiries , our booking has been an unmitigated disaster and will probably lose us this customer. Best avoid DX and select alternatives wherever offered we suggest. To save the pain.
