The procedure went smoothly with the exception that the parcel arrived at its destinations on a Monday when the shop was closed. FedEx successfully delivered on the following day.

Our parcel was delivered to the wrong address even though the correct address label was attached. It was delivered to Milton Keynes when it should have been delivered to Northampton. I have photos proving it has been dropped off but still waiting to get my refund back as no one seems to know where this parcel is. Not happy

Absolutely terrible never would I use them again I paid for my shipment I filled out all the required forms how much they were worth when it arrived all the glass was broken asked for a refund they no so they can just destroy your items and move on to another victim

It would have been helpful if the drop off place had been open at 10.15 am. It should have been open 10am. The result was it was delayed a day. Otherwise fine, package arrived safely and in good condition.

Sent 2 parcels to Holland and paid all costs and custom fees upfront. 4 weeks later I receive the parcels back with no explanation. I contacted PM via their chat service and they stated the courier needed more information and it was impossible to contact the recipient. I pointed out I had delivered to that recipient via another carrier with the exact same details and it arrived without issue. After going back and forth with them over 2 weeks, I asked if the courier couldnt come up with a viable answer to issue a refund. They refused the refund stating I had already used the service. I replied the service didnt deliver and they then replied there was a charge of 17.07 the courier couldnt recover so it was sent back to me. They couldnt even tell me what this charge was; it was the first time it was mentioned. Will never use again. I used another courier Express and the parcels were delivered without issue using the exact same contact and address details.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Surcharge for a false measurement on there behalf, £73 extra charge because of apparently wrong measurements, I measured this item 4 times to make sure.I was correct. And the customer service is terrible, 3 messages sent and no acknowledgement or reply they have received them and no reply to my messages regarding the issue of the mistake they have made. They also dont have a contact phone number so email is the only way and I am just being ignored. Awful company please avoid like the plague.

Quickly able to see options for sending a parcel abroad. Only down side was finding a code needed to add to the details, and printing the label on A4 paper made it too big so had to pretend it was A5.

Extra Charges - Beware! Was charged more than double - again - without consent, when Parcel Monkey failed to deliver! I had to collect. Then they charged me extra £73. Customer Service time wasting slow and patronising - NO REFUND

Very easy to book on the website. Good choice of couriers and very competitive prices. I had a business account with one of the couriers but got fed up with all the added extras & various surcharges so I closed it. Now, through Parcel Monkey, I sometimes use the same courier at a far cheaper price! Well done :)

parcel sent on 14th of june parcel monkey asking for feedback on the 21t, then hit me with an extra charge on the 25th without verification from parcel force. Photo provided to parcel monkey with item on scales at parcel force. parcel did arrive with recipent within the week. So how come so late with extra charge.

Used Parcel Monkey UK for sending a gift to Spain. It got held at customs for weeks. Parcel Monkeys very own chat monkeys told me that this delay was because the recipient needed to file documentation... except the recipient was not contacted to ask them to file any documentation. The parcel already contained the required documentation in the form of all required customs forms, but OK, if we humour them for a moment... they cant expect the recipient to file documentation if they arent asked for anything. The monkeys told me that the Spanish courier or customs will have contacted the recipient, but when I asked for proof that the recipient was contacted I was told they cannot provide any proof. The parcel has since been returned to us but Parcel Monkeys monkeys have so far declined to refund, even though I didnt receive the service I paid for. Will have to use the chargeback process. If you dont want to deal with a bunch of monkeys, stay well clear of this lot! Im a kind soul so Ill save the monkeys a job with replying to my review, heres what theyll say as its what they say on all of their replies (I dare them to say something different this time): They will say: "I am very sorry to hear about the service you have received when using our service. I have escalated the case on your behalf and have asked one of our team to reach out to you." They will then incorrectly use a semi-colon in the next sentence, like this: "Alternatively, please contact our team at; [their contact link here]" Finally they will tell me that: "Again, we are very sorry for this and hope we can come to a quick resolution for you." Heck, they might not even bother to reply. But thats fine as they will never see a penny from me ever again ????

easy way to send a very large parcel. My only criticism is that I was not forewarned about the pick up slot as I had to wait in all day for the parcels to be picked up. Other than that everything was easy, the driver picked up quickly and it was all delivered within the 48 hours guarenteed. Would definitelty use them again.

We have been waiting for almost a whole month for our parcel to be delivered to our customer. Parcel monkey do not give any information, just the generalised thank you for your patience. They have no ideas where our parcel is and no idea if our customer will ever receive it. We have repeatedly asked for a contact for our solicitor to get onto and have been ignored. What governing body do these people repoty to?

Booking the parcel delivery was easy.
Service was offered for a heavy parcel (nearly 20kg), which not all couriers can offer.
Good range of options offered for the service, and price with Parcelforce was less than booking direct with them.
Pickup and delivery were on time.
