Horrendous service. Checked package in for delivery to a customer for AM delivery and it didn’t arrive. Customer insisted on full refund which left me completely out of pocket as Parcel monkey only wanted to pay the cost difference between services which was £2.71. Complete insult

Customer service is not joinable. Chat is often closed. The email link password was never received !!! They do not have any phone number and even did not reply to my query!

It all went like clockwork. No confusing messages. I had tried a different company before going back to using parcel monkey and it had been a frustrating and messy affair which led to the parcel still being with me after the expected collection day. No problem like that with parcel monkey

I initially got a price quote from ParcelForce, tried to book. Only to be told not available for my parcel. Parcel Monkey quoted using ParcelForce at better rate. Used them and sent. Customer confirmed delivery. Happy with Parcel Monkey and will use them again.

Person parcel was being collected from had no notification when parcel was being collected. Ended up having to take to post office.

Amazing, gentleman that came to pick up the package even offered to take it down the stairs alone, even tho me and my father offered multiple times to take it down outselves. He was extremely kind, understanding and efficient, ended up using parcel monkey, as UPS refused to pick up the item, 4 times.
Would highly suggest using them.

I used to use Parcel Monkey a lot several years ago and my recent experience was like coming home to a comfortable pair of slippers!
I had the misfortune to use another courier arrangement service last year and it was a nightmare; I nearly took them to court!!!
From start to finish, Parcel Monkey performed well; user-friendly website, speed and communication = perfect.

Due to no fault of Parcel monkey, delivery was late. Parcelmonkey were very quick to apologise and issue a refund. Obviously communicating with a human being rather than a robot, which makes a change these days. Reassuring.
