Good when they work. Useless when they dont. Parcels going missing for weeks. Hugely unhelpful customer service. Youre better off using their comparison tool to see who is cheapest and then going direct. You might have to pay a couple of pounds more but at least youll be dealing with the courier direct who hopefully gives a ****.

Parcel sent to Germany and arrive back at my house a week later . GLS problem in Germany we thing but impossible to say . Resent via another courier were using otherwise parcel monkey was fine

Got there fast Parcel reached the US from europe in 2 or 3 days or so, pretty fast, cost 50 pounds to ship. Got to destination, the courier made up some excuse why it couldnt be delivered, that they only had the apartment number not the whole address. Recipient had to track it down to local post office where they told him the address didnt have the apartment number so they couldnt redeliver and he has to go pick it up as it was already set to be returned to me, with no contact between the courier and me despite having my phone number and email address. Upon picking up the parcel it has ALL THREE INTACT address label on it, I had put an extra on for good measure and taped the entire thing with clear tape to make sure it got there. Not amused after spending 50 quid to send it. Lack of communication and a big dose of idiocy.

Normally fine but on this occasion, I booked a DPD International 2-3 day service with additional insurance to secure items being sent from UK to Hong Kong. Item was delivered to a designated DPD outlet for collection on 8bdays ago and its still not yet delivered. Furthermore it was obky after I had paid for the extra insurance did my item tracked on DPD website pop up a notification stating that "driver cannot leave item safe". Then why the hell are you offering additional insurance, ripping customers off if DPD cannot guarantee safety of goods being couriered?

Given the above rating, as the process of sending a parcel i.e. details and printing is clear.
Also parcel delay or loss is quickly dealt through their system.

Sent two items at once; one heavy (19 kg), one long 3.5m, both part of one consignment to the same address. Pity that PM couldnt find a way for them to go with the same carrier, so I had to take one to a Post Office and wait in for collection of the other.
